Die Lage ist einigermaßen gut, ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum, aber durch Gewerbegebiet. Die Lage am Fluss ist m. M. nach nicht entscheidend. Die Sanitärs sind schlecht und oft nicht sauber. Teilweise sogar nicht nutzbar. Liegt aber leider auch an Campern, die ihre Hinterlassenschaften nicht vollständig beseitigen können. Schade!

Pretty campsite. We were with 2 vehicles and got a big place were we could park together. Nice little restaurant with friendly staff. Sanitair is okay. River marne is very beautiful, possible to swim or kano/kayak. With dogs you can walk perfectly next to the marne. Walking or cycling distance to the city centre. Check out before noon which is good.

Wow some negative comments on here about this site but I thought it was great! Firstly, cyclists just love to complain about everything, the lack of routes is irrelevant to most people and nothing to do with the site. Yes, it’s next to a road with a few factories but it’s not in an industrial area, there’s plenty of green around. There is a bit of road noise in the morning after 7:30 but I’d say low and barely perceptible. Reception is extremely pleasant and helpful. Pitches are great, an average size and level. Facilities are adequate. Walk to 20+ restaurants about 15-20 minutes. I thoroughly recommend staying here to see and drink the best of epernay.

Niet mijn type camping. Ligt half op het industrie en veel geluid van de drukke weg. Wel langs een rivier maar ik zie zo niet een strand dat je kan zwemmen. Wilde een kano huren maar vanwege een wedstrijd kon dit niet. Sanitair is matig. Vriendelijk ontvangst en prima plek. 1 camper, 1 pers met elek. €18,65. Prima voor doorreis en als je Épernay wilt zien, ik ben lopend gegaan en dat was prima.

Sites were private and the park was quiet through the night as no cars from 10pm. Amenities were average and quite busy. Easy walk and bike ride into the town and all the cellar doors via the canal.

3 mots pour résumer : sale, bruyant et cher. 28€ pour même pas 24h, (sommes arrivés à 14h et il faut partir avant midi) pour un emplacement à peine délimité qu’on ne peut pas choisir, et des sanitaires très vétustes et sales. Dans une zone industrielle, près d’une route bruyante jour et nuit. Sans compter ceux qui jettent leur verre à la benne après 22h30. Seul point positif : le très bon accueil.

lovely campsite, very private camp areas. close to the champagne region. reception was very friendly and helpful. facilities are ok but plenty of cubicles

Friendly and helpful staff. We had a reservation and were running late so rang ahead. They kept our pitch which was good as the campsite was full. Decent sized pitch. Nice quiet site along the river where you can cycle into the heart of champagne. Perfect for SUP, fishing and cycling into the champagne region. Boat hire is also available by the cafe which had evening meals. Warm showers, launderette and decent loo facilities. Staff arranged a taxi for us when required and told us about a play park in town that the tourist office didn’t even know about (Playground, 16 Rue des Tanneurs, 51200 Épernay) as the one on site was removed.

Prima camping voor een doorreis. Zou er niet meerderde dagen gaan staan. Er staan straatlantaarns die erg fel zijn en feller worden als iemand langs loopt. Sanitair is erg smerig en ruikt naar urine. Verder onvriendelijke plek voor fietsers. Prima locatie om een champagne huis te bezoeken en even Epernay in te lopen, verder zo snel mogelijk doorrijden

Ruhiger Campingplatz am Rand der Stadt. Stadtzentrum fußläufig in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. MacDonalds und BurgerKing 5 Minuten. Sanitäranlagen sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Campsite usefully located about 10 min cycle from Epernay centre though roads/pavements not set up for cyclists. whilst it is by a part of the river it's still water with lots of weeds and attracts significant levels of bugs!toilet facilities have no toilet paper but there is soap, it's been a running joke that it's rare you get both! good size pitches with lots of shade. friendly reception.

Der beste Camping municipal nach 2500 km durch Frankreich. Liegt schön am Fluss, hübsche Plätze, saubere Sanitäranlagen. Der Weg in die Stadt ist ca. 2 km, aber nicht so schlimm, wie manche schreiben. Alles in allem perfekt, um kurz die Avenue de Champagner zu entdecken. Danke!!!

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr bemüht und wir haben ganz spontan den letzten Platz bekommen. Zudem konnten sie Fragen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, etc. beantworten. Schön gelegen, aber die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. 30 Min. Fußweg bis zur Innenstadt. Am Fluss entlang ist nur der Anfang empfehlenswert, danach geht’s durch Industriegebiet.

The camping was full so we got the place just in front of the sanitary block. The place still could serve for the nice stay but it looked like it was forgotten and visibly much less taken care of than others. Unluckily for us we’ve had a loud “neighbours” nearby, which obviously can happen everywhere, but what was disappointed is that the management seemed to do nothing about it

Toll am Fluß gelegen. Die SUP- oder Paddelstrecke nach links ist romantisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht um Platz für alle, die kommen. Ein schattiges Plätzchen sorgt für eine erholsame Nacht.

Gestart met een champagne proeverij in het dorp! Lieve mensen die je welkom heten. Fijne knusse camping. We waren er op doorreis verder Frankrijk in. Op de camping is mogelijkheid tot het huren van een kano of kajak, restaurantje en sport mogelijkheden op het gras. Accomodaties in voorzieningen prima!

En bra camping med skugga på många av platserna. Under högsäsong kan det vara bra att förboka. Ägarna/receptionen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Servicehuset behövs rusta upp och fixa iordning. Speciellt duscharna behöver en ordentligt rengöring. Det fanns både disk och handtvätt/tvätt möjligheter. Det går att beställa bröd på pop up restaurangen vid vattnet.

Nice campsite with large shady pitches - some overlooking the river. Canoeing/kayaking etc available. Pretty quiet at night. Bathroom/shower ok for a night or two but not great. Bakery/cafe a few mins walk.

Schön gelegen, die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen :-(. 10 Min. mit dem Rad bis zur Innenstadt. Es gibt jedoch keine Fahrradwege. In der Rezeption kann man für 16 Euro pr. Person Touren in kleine Champagnerweingüter buchen, sehr empfehlenswert. Man wird in einem kleinen Shuttlebus direkt vom Platz abgeholt.

Schöner Platz, nachts etwas laut (nicht der Platz selbst), gut gelegen. Sanitäre Anlagen bei unserem Besuch nicht besonders sauber und für den Platz zu klein. Auf Warten zu Stoßzeiten muss man sich einstellen.

19 euro for 2 adults and a non powered site. Basic showers, no toilet paper in toilets. 20 min walk to champagne avenue. Nice grassy private parking spot. Lovely staff.

El 8 octubre del 2021 estaba cerrado no vaya. hay un lugar para aparcar en sant imágenes, muy simple, agua y descarga. Sitios planos asfaltados,tranquilo, gratis. muy recomendable.

Camping 3 étoiles et non 2. 8€ pour le ccar et 5 ,15€ par adulte,0,35€ taxe. les prix ont augmenté !.. un peu cher pour passer une nuit.. les sanitaires sont corrects. réveil par le chant des oiseaux mais bruits de fond importants de la ville.

Slow WiFi = No WiFi ;) Not really countryside, but also no real city link…only industry zone outside. Inside ok though, but shower and co. can be renovated.

Schön gelegen, an der Marne und die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum. Freundliches u Hilfsbereites Personal. Sänitäreinrichtungen könnten ein wenig sauberer sein, ist aber alles sonst mehr als nur im grünen Bereich. Wir fühlen uns hier wohl.

Had a good stay here for 3 nights in august. I have a bike so it was less than 10 minutes to cycle into Epernay which worked well for me. Friendly staff and the amenities (water and waste etc) were ok. My pitch had no shade until 5pm so I struggled a little as it was very hot, and also the mosquitos were fierce, it’s near a lake and I was very badly bitten. I paid about 12 euros without EHU.

Camping très propre et sanitaire idem. les emplacements sont en herbe et nous y étions un jour de fortes pluies.nous avons laissé les roues sur le bitume pour ne pas avoir de surprises. petite ballade à vélo le long du cour d'eau pour rejoindre Épernay est très agréable. le petit resto le long du cour d'eau est très bon et le service parfait

Nice, clean camp. But quite far from city center for walk. After 22:00 the gate is closed for cars. Showers just for few seconds and then you have to press the button again and again and again. 9/7/21 we paid 19€ per one van and two adults, with no electricity.

Great place to base yourself for a few days in epernay. 10 minute cycle to the avenue du champagne. Small water centre to hire canoes or paddle boards or even a little motorboat for splashing about on the river! Small cafe looked good but we have not tried it. Facility to order bread for the morning. In a non residential area so no shops close by!

Netter Empfang, sehr hilfbereit auch wenn das Französisch zu wünschen übrig lässt:) Hat alles was man braucht und man kann für den nächsten Morgen sogar Baguette und Croissants bestellen;)

J’y reviens pour la seconde fois. Accueil impeccable, explication pour rejoindre Epernay en longeant la Marne. Magnifique. Servicess vraiment top pour un camping municipal ! Emplacements bien délimités etvassez grands. A conseiller pour un ou deux jours en Champagne. Le prix (25€ pour un CC, deux adultes et un chien) vaut la coup.

Prima camping. Sanitair kon wat schoner. Vriendelijk personeel en mooie ruime plekken. Wij hebben een champagne tour gedaan en is echt een aanrader. Sochtends kun je brood halen op de camping.

Camping qui ne vaut pas ses trois étoiles, pour un camping municipal avec 5 pour cent avec acsi emplacement en face du tout à l'égout, impossible de pêcher trop d'arbres, à côté d'une voie de chemin de fer et pas de télé avec la parabole tout ça pour 21 €. Merci beaucoup je n'y reviendrai pas

Camping traversé par la Marne (possibilité de s’y baigner même si officiellement c’est interdit). Personnel très gentil. Emplacement agréable. État des sanitaires correct. 27,50 € une nuit avec camping-car (2 adultes, 2 enfants, accès électricité et eau)
