Abritant près de 5000 chambres funéraires en faisant un site archéologique exceptionnel, Pantalica est aussi un lieu d'une grande beauté naturelle, avec un profond ravin de calcaire, façonné au fil des millénaires par les fleuves Anapo et Calcinara.

Parken auf dem Land am Fuße sehr schöner Schluchten: herrliche Aussicht (siehe Foto von der Seitentür des Lieferwagens). Ganz isoliert und daher sehr ruhig, wenige Orte gut horizontal Ausgangspunkt für eine Wanderung (erkundigen Sie sich einige Kilometer zuvor am Informationspunkt) Am Eingang der felsigen Nekropole Pantalica gelegen: Weltkulturerbe der UNESCO. Pantalica beherbergt fast 5.000 Grabkammern und ist damit eine außergewöhnliche archäologische Stätte. Es ist auch ein Ort von großer natürlicher Schönheit mit einer tiefen Kalksteinschlucht, die über die Jahrtausende von den Flüssen Anapo und Calcinara geformt wurde.

Seit gestern ist das Übernachten auf den Parkplätze im Riserva Naturale verboten. Spätestens um 19.00 h muss man rausgegangen sein. Das neue Ticket Office, ca. 1-2 km vor dem Parkplatz Filliporto, hat ein Tor und das schließt um 19.00 h. Gestern haben die Ranger alle Camper gebeten wegzufahren. Man kann auf dem Parkplatz beim Informationszentrum übernachten.
Sehr schöner Platz konnten super schlafen mitten in der Natur die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft und das es so bleibt nehmet euern Abfall mit
Wunderschöner Blick. Ruhige und dunkle Nächte. Interessanter Ort mit vielen schönen Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Keine Mülleimer also nehmt den Müll bitte mit damit der Platz so sauber bleibt wie er ist.

Beautiful place with proximity to Necropoli Pantalica. There were very sharp turns on the road and I don't recommend going here if you have a motorhome longer than 7.5 meters.
Une expérience extraordinaire ! Sur le parking du site archéologique de Pantalica. Seuls au monde ! Calme bien sûr et aucune nuisance. Accès ultra facile avec Google maps. Recommandé !

Perfekter Ort, standen hier mit Dachzelt. Extrem sauber für italienische Verhältnisse.
Luogo incantevole, siamo rimasti per 3 giorni e non volevamo andar via. La strada per arrivare è comoda. Lo spiazzo è abbastanza pianeggiante e la vista è superba!

Absolutely picturesque. Stayed here for two quiet/dark nights, one of them with another camper. The days were busy with locals and hikers. Starting point for beautiful hikes landscape- and culture-wise
We returned here today to park up for the night, but unfortunately the sign at the entrance to this area and all the walking trails nearby now have no dogs allowed signs up, so we had to move on.
Sensationeller Spot in einem Naturpark. Tolle Wanderungen runter in den Canyon zum Fluss. Grabhöhlen sind überall in den Felswänden zu sehen. Man steht hier völlig ruhig, die Ranger freuen sich über Besuch und auch über Over Nighters. Waren zwei Nächte hier. Von der Aussicht her einer der Top Spots auf Sizilien. Morgens kommen gerne lokale Wanderer in kleineren Gruppen, sehr freundlich alle.
Place is great, be carefull when driving throught Ferla as navigation led us to very narrow streets, just follow the road signes and you should be ok. Also there were some shorcuts on the way and the road was closed so definitely go throught Ferla. Dogs are not allowed to Pantalica - there are no signs at all, but there was guard that told us that.
Unglaublich für 1 oder 2 Nächte! Atemberaubendes Panorama und absolute Stille! Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und die Besichtigung des Weltkulturerbes ? Wegen den hier beschriebenen Problemen mit den Navi… einfach bei von park4anight die Reiseroute von Goggle Maps nutzen, kein Problem den Spot zu finden!

As leaving the last town it states a dead end street, it is fine the road lasts many kms. We arrived in the dark and not advised as parking at the top of a gorge! Beautiful location fantastic well sign posted walks covering historical sights. Suitable for dogs. Poor phone signal. Very quiet 12/2021. Bins not in use out of season. Easy access for 7m Sprinter.
Great ! Awesome views waking up. Access is fine even with an RV. Bins are sealed in winter, but you can still use the ones at the end of the road. Hiking tracks start from the spot, highly recommend. A friendly groundskeeper takes care of the place in the morning and will happily chat.

Einer der Besten Plätze! Sehr sauber, Mülleimer vorhanden. Einfahrt war etwas holprig, wurde aber früh morgens aufgeschüttet. In der Nacht komplett ruhig!
Best place I we have been for a long time. So clean and so quiet. During the weekend you will have some locals driving by or visiting. Besides that it's only the birds and bees. The place is clean so please keep it like that. Don't leave toilet paper behind!
Toller Ort. Grandiose Aussicht, absolute Stille. Direkt an der Straße, es kamen heute 2(!) Autos vorbei. Das Problem mit der Navigation kann ich bestätigen. Google zeigt mir 20km mehr an, aber das ist richtig! Ich hab's mit iGo probiert, 3km vor dem Ziel ist die Straße zu Ende. Großes Tor und es geht nicht weiter.

Beautiful place!!! We stayed here (end of January) and were with one other camper. The view is amazing - just as much as the silence of nature. We can really recommend this place! (also the place is heading south, so you have sun throughout the whole day)
Absolutely stunning place. Easily reached with any van, and there is room for 3-4 vans. Probably not suitable for the big white thing. Make sure to take the right direction if you come from Catania, not all navigators know the way and try to navigate from the other side of the mountain trough a road that doesn’t exist. Apple maps and Sygic did this. Only google maps got the right route.
Wir waren eine Nacht hier und haben den fantastischen Blick sehr genossen. Der Platz ist deutlich besser zugänglich als der andere, der weiter die Straße runter liegt. Es gibt eine Kante bei der Auffahrt, die aber (noch) wirklich machbar ist. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!
Amazing view, the drop from the road into this green parking area is manageable (our camper is 6:40 long), drive in backwards.
Breathtaking parking spot. Super quiet at night, waking up with the sun shining on the gorgeous gorges and birds singing is an amazing experience. There are a few hikes you can make in the area to other archeological sites which are well worth it, but kinda heavy if you're not experienced. Also far from Sorentino (40-50 min) and Siracusa, so make sure you're not in a hurry when you come here.
Lovely spot but unable to access, so we parked by the roadside to explore. The drop from the road to the land was too great of an angle for our motorhome but if you can access then you’re in for a treat. Also be aware that there are few turning or passing points along this road so I would be wary to drive here in high season. Also if you’re afraid of heights there are some stomach turning stretches of road without barriers. Try the info point near the start of the route (guestbook will indicate how busy it is) or try the carpark to the south west where you can walk/cycle the old railway line.
Rien à ajouter aux commentaires de fkd. Super spot. Hyper tranquille. 2 à 3 emplacements. (c'est mieux seul). Difficile à trouver (selon GPS...). En fait, traverser Ferla et continuer jusqu'au cul-de-sac du site archéologique. Suivre les plaques. Attention, comptez une heure au moins depuis Syracuse.
