Departure car park. Slightly sloping so plan the holds. But the view is beautiful! Nice walks to do. No service. The ranger has passed without telling us anything. Picnic table and trash.

Lovely spot to get away from it all but like others have said, it’s very steep going up and we almost burnt our clutch out. Once you are there then the views are amazing. We stayed on a Saturday night and by midnight all the youths turned up in their cars with big stereos and cranked the volume up. Harmless enough but very noisy. They went again at about 1am.

Really nice spot. No one here at night apart from the odd dog walker. Middle of the Forrest. 4g signal. Sloped, so be prepared to park to suit your bed direction. Road up is very steep with one very tight switchback. We have an L3 Relay and wouldn't want to do it in anything bigger!! 4* because no toilets, otherwise perfect spot to spend the night.

Views were incredible and had a great morning hike up to 'The Big Stone', however, the steepness of the drive up nearly killed our motorhome combined with a terrifying hairpin bend. Parking is fairly sloped and there were a few night time visitors on a Saturday night. Overall a good stay, lots of bins and there are public toilets at the bottom of the forest park (approx 2 miles away).

You have a quiet night here and there are bins and picnic benches. The area is sloping so be prepared, we managed to get mostly level.

Les plus: très calme, départ de randonnée, tables de pique nique Les moins: accès compliqué (très en pente donc attention pour les gros camions, les vieux moteurs ou les personnes qui ont peu confiance dans leur conduite), pas de service, terrain bien en pente, prévoir des calles

One of the worst experiences to date. This place is not level at all. Our levelers barely made a dent in the incline. It's terribly windy. The drive up to the spot was horrendously steep. I actually smelled burning, not sure if tires, brakes or something else under the hood. STEEP INCLINE approach beware! I gave 2 stars due to forest beauty. Definitely not worth the stress getting up there though.
