Daily parking lot only

Glasgow, West Highland Way

Free, large car park right on Loch Lomond. With toilet and drinking water. There are signs attached to the driveway with 'no overnight parking'. Many hikers and people with dogs. A small Toutisteninfo to Loch Lomond is here on site. Good starting point for hiking. If there is no wind, there are some mosquitoes. Best not to park so close to the bush / tree, then you have your peace ;)

Great FREE spot right next to the Loch. Toilet facilities are clean and disabled toilet is open 24 hours. Multitude of litter bins available and a nice walk to Balmaha. Signs say no overnight.

Amazing! We parked up here in February, very quiet, no hassle. No one else was here. There is a toilet which is open during the day and a tourist information with helpful staff. There are bins and the car park/surrounding areas are very well maintained. Great spot for hiking or having a dip in the Loch or picnics. Could be hard to park up here in the height of tourist season/summer.

Beautiful little spot. Bathrooms were out of order as the power was out but other than that it was completely fine.

Beautiful spot however very busy. Also no phone signal unless you walk up the beach. But great for a swim/paddle board.

Great spot. Stayed there on the first leg of our trip. Only people there beautiful views over the Loch and very peaceful. Disabled toilets are open 24hours very clean

It clearly states that camping is not allowed between March and September. Even if people staying here had no problems, the rules are clear. Wildcampers that do not follow the rules are the reason we are not welcomed at many places anymore.

Superb flat carpark right on shores of Loch Lomond for overnight stay along with 5 other vans/motorhomes. Public loos closed overnight, rubbish bin nearby. Great walks

Great spot! We got parked up by the loch and it was fantastic! Toilets opened early on the morning and nearby pub 5m walk. Great trails and beautiful views

Great spot, no one bothered us, easy 5 stars. Fires on the beach allowed! Shop 1/2 mile up the road.

Such a great find! Beautiful views of the Loch and the sunset was amazing. There were about 5 others vans parked up and no signs saying no parking. Toilets open 8am - 6pm. Nice pub and coffee shop nearby with some really nice walks.

Words cannot describe how stunning this spot is. The lot is right on the loch with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. toilet facilities but water point is currently off due to covid

A lovely spot in car park next to the Loch with toilet and bin. Felt safe and great for a walk, we did a walk and litter pick along the shores as people leave their stuff everywhere these days.

Kostenloser Parkplatz mit viel Platz direkt am See. Toiletten von 10 bis 18 Uhr geöffnet. Frischwasser aktuell durch Corona gesperrt. Mit uns standen im August noch sechs weitere Camper. Zwei davon wussten sich leider nicht zu benehmen und standen quer über vier Parklücken. Der Rest war ruhig und freundlich. Am besten einen Platz mit etwas Wind suchen, damit sich die Midges nicht zu wohl fühlen.

Beautiful spot right on the beach. Great for exploring the islands of Loch Lomond. As others have said there is a 'no overnight camping' sign.

Extremely quiet and great toilets with very hot water. Dogs loved the loch beach and found lots of golf balls washed up.

Super endroit, calme après le coucher du soleil (certains viennent se baigner tardivement dans le lac), des poubelles, des WC... Rien à redire. Le spot est affiché « no overnight ». Pas de midge. Je recommande vivement.

Der Platz liegt direkt am See in dem man sehr schön Baden und am Abend den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Es gibt kostenlose Toiletten, tagsüber ist hier einiges los aber gegen Abend wird es ruhig.
