Worksop,Blyth Road
Stop off point just off A1 - accessible from north and south carriageways. Follow brown signs for Clumber Park. As you approach point there is a small cafe and car park on left with a forestry trail suitable for a dog walk. Or turn right in through large stone archway into Clumber Estate and there are forest tracks on right and left around 100 yards down road. Probably not suitable for overnighting unless you arrive quite late and leave early as cafe opens at 6am, always a few people stopping and often seem to be some ‘locals’ about. However, perfect for a stopover on a long north/south journey, especially with dogs. It is a busy spot - seems to be a confluence of a lot of roads, so best as a stop off on a journey but still nicer than a service station. Toilet only when Cafe open
