If this is the stop next to the small tree nursery then we loved it. Nice and flat and a great circular walk offering views of Quinag! QR code to leave a donation. Would recommend

Car park for starting point for walk around the circular trail (5km). Donation box to maintain the area, so please do leave some money as this is a great and quiet place to stay. Compost toilet around 100m through the gates to the walk.

Achim4306/06/2023Ein wunderbarer Platz für die Nacht, etwas abseits der Straße. Eine Spendenbox hängt wieder da, wir haben gerne 5 Pfund hineingetan. Und sind nach 20 min. zurück nach Lochinver geflüchtet, weil Schwärme von Mücken uns umkreisen und einige den Weg durch die Zwangsentlüftungen des Kastenwagens fanden.

Another beautiful park up. Could not find donation box but there is a QR code on the notice board, so please donate if you do stay. Lovely short walk down to the Loch where you might just catch a glimpse of a stag up close! Really peaceful car park with signal on EE. Would stay again
SJB198917/10/2022A wonderful spot to stay. No honesty box that I could see but there is a QR code that you can use when you move on a little, as signal isn't great in the area. Road not too busy at night and space for lots of vehicles. Can be windy as it's not overly sheltered. A great spot to stay overnight.

Great nights sleep only motorhome there last night there were some midgies present but its in season for them to be out. very quiet traffic noise minimal o2 coverage for phone signal but not 4g coverage. ( visited 7th July)

Facile d'accès, pas trop de passage sur la route la nuit, assez calme.
fammol29/05/20224 sterren puur en alleen voor de enorme hoeveelheid midgies. Voor de rest een hele fijne stille plek. Mooie stukken om te wandelen.

A little gem! Fabulous place to overnight. Plenty of space with a great circular walk (without mud) for the dog and amazing views for us. We are quite hidden from the road, cars going past are audible but not a problem. Peaceful at night. 2 bars on my 4g. Couldn’t find the afore mentioned honesty box but definitely worth a small fee.

Amazing place to spend a night. Large flat gravel pitch suitable for about 5 campers or so. There was a guy I'm his allotment until about 5pm, after that we were on our own. The spot is fairly hidden from the main road, and is very quiet. The P further down the road does have a toilet, but the parking is tighter, it gets busier, and you're very close to the road. One of the best places on NC500
Odge15/08/2021One my favourite stops recently. Had an amazing nights sleep here. There's some level spots here you just have to do trial and error to find them (I parked at 90 degrees to the hedge and next to the gravel and it was completely flat). Nobody arrived until gone 11am and I was only one here so had an awesome lie in. Took dog around the scenic and enjoyable walk (no sheep=very happy off lead dog).

Fantastic, quiet spot. Great circular walk. No issues overnight. Very minimal road noise and no reception on 3 or Vodafone.
