Great little picnic spot, some local traffic and plenty of dogs bathing in the warmer weather. Walking away from traffic on local paths and a field to exercise in too.

antoniopratas16/05/2022Beautiful spot, had a lovely breakfast there. Very quiet and there's the ocasional car and people going past. I wouldn't sleep there as people said it's MOD land, but definitely a good one to spend a day or a meal in.
mertom20/11/2021You need to be very careful as it’s on MOD land and against local bylaws to overnight you may be moved on as MOD Police are getting more strict about parking as it is a major tank crossing with Challenger II tanks regularly using it.
