Parking at entrance to welshpool town centre. motorhomes can stay 1 nite in 7. if u are over 3 tonnes £5 from 6pm til 8am. under 3 T is free but pay for daytimes. there is a laundrette near on main st. all pitches are sloping.. Berriew st.

It's looks a bit uninviting on arrival as its a very large car-park on the side of a hill. However you soon notice that there are some flat more secluded spaces in the corners. Charges are as others have said, but you can "pay-on". So if you arrive after 6pm when it becomes free for <3T, if you pay £2 then it adds 2 hours to when the free time stops at 8am. 2 min walk into the town.

Stopped as it was getting dark and i didn't fancy driving the welsh roads in my own at night. Had no issues. Quiet car park, toilets open in the day. I paid 3.20 for 24 hours so I could have a walk around the town in the morning.

Large car park with some level areas. Lovely town with canal. Youngsters arrived at night to party with music in cars. As they didn't invite us we moved on!
