This is a perfect spot for overnight camping near the historic city of Herculane. It is 10 min away from the city centre, in a grassfield surrounded by forest. The acces is up a steep and curvy and pretty narrow road. It might be an issue for big caravans. The view is great, as you can see the cliffs guarding the city and the panorama of the city itself. We slept here one night in full season and we only had one 'neighbour'.

Bon spot ! Propre et calme ! Il y a un petit chiot là bas ,il est très mignon et très attachant il ne demande qu’à trouver une famille aimante ! Prenez en soin svp

A wonderful place surrounded by lovely nature, the cliffs and singing birds. It’s calm but still very close to the nearby town —there were two other campervans. I give only four stars because there are not many flat spots. We managed to drop one of the rear wheels into a hole and place some small rocks under the other wheel to level up, which worked nicely. The road up is strap, narrow, but paved.

Lieu gratuit en pleine nature. Aucun service mais 4G et poubelles. Accès pentu mais faisable, compliqué pour grands camping cars. 2-3 emplacements plats sur le spot, cales obligatoires.

Die Aussicht ist genial, die geraden Plätze aber sehr begrenzt. Wirklich eben ist es nur auf zwei Plätzen.

Nous avons passer une bonne nuit. Super endroit très jolie vue. Village pas loin des sources d'eau chaude vers le grand hôtel roman.

Beautiful place. Stayed here two nights enjoying the great walks in the area. No issues at all .. only gave four star as the Hill upto it is very steep and windy (ABIT sketchy when another car comes the other way) Bins close by also. Town within walking distance.

We had 4 realy good nights there. Super for climbing and bathing in the thermalbasins near there! good view over the valley. One star minus becaus of the street up to the place and becaus its a little messy up there. View people life there but they didnt care about campers.

Ja guter Platz hier in Baja Herkulane. Die fahren mit dem müllauto hier hoch also alles machbar. Straße ist geleert bis auf die letzten 100m. Easy anfahrt. Im Ort ist oft Party... geht meist bis Mitternacht also mit Dachzelt wird es nerven. Nach 2 Bier im Camper nicht störend. Kein Wasser aber Mülltonnen.

Klidné místo s dobrým signálem. Na místě jsme byli dva dny. V létě je tu velké horko a žádný stín. Okolí je celkem špinavé, ale zase je zde krásný výhled na hory.

Sehr schön gelegen, man hört an einem Samstag Abend leise die Musik aus der Stadt und laut die Grillen und anderes Getier um einen herum. Sehr idyllisch! Straße nach oben ist recht eng.

Aucun problème d'accès en capucine 6,5m. Nous y avons croisé des locaux (picnic, randonneurs et habitants), tous très amicaux. Le spot est intéressant parceque départ de randonnées. Nous avons ete déçu par la ville historique

Route goudronnée un peut raide pour y accéder mais largement faisable. superbe endroit au calme et au départ de randonnées. Au top!

Scenery is great, lots of places to camp. When we got here, there were 2-3 other campers and some cars staying over the night. Looks like the place is geowing in popularity. The road up is indeed steep and challenging but we managed ok even with a largee camper.

I stayed here 2 nights, safe and calm place at night. During daytime visited by local people. Great starting point to talk a walk to the bath or into the nature.

Lovely Spot between the Mountains. There was nobody else all the time. The Street up is well maintained. Even Hiking-Trips Start here. Nothing special, but in the wonderful nature, flat and calm...

Nice simple spot between the mountains, quiet and not too far from the main road. Perfect for one or two nights. . The last part up here is steep (10%) and curvy but paved. We loved hearing the singing birds in the morning!
