Great site,owner is lovely, several hard standing pitches with electricity, possible to stay next to river on grass without electricity with a small van,ours is 6m,shower water is super hot,need to be careful with dogs as animals around,just £14 to stay by river.
New very large fully serviced pitches x 6. Lots of normal pitches. Toilets and showers are dated. But functional, clean and very hot water. Plenty of large bins and recycling. Good location for cycle track to Keswick. Local village with excellent pub and cafe, 7 mins walk away. Nice honesty box with fresh eggs and cake. Very quiet site. Very reasonable price. I would recommend to others.
Nice private site with electricity and water in each pitch. Pleasant views and a superb base for walking. No bins though which is poor. Some farm noise which is to be expected but nothing too intrusive. We booked via pitch up and then just arrived and parked up wherever we liked - it’s all quite relaxed which is good.
