No problem parking our 7.4 metre motorhome. Easy access, only a few potholes in the gravel to navigate. Bit of activity from local walkers and young drivers we were aware of but nothing padt bedtime that kept us up. Sheep close by in the morning but plenty of space to walk your dog. Nice walks of the quarry area and views of the lights across the water at night. Small bin in car park.
Spot on park up. Very quiet. There is a bin although it is ready for emptying. Good 4g. Nice walk around with my dog. Good views. Had a good sleep
Lovely scenic camp for the night great views all round and very quiet at this time. Only one other camper. Enough space for 8-10 campers. Not entirely flat need to choose your spot but pretty firm. Great for a couple of nights.

Exposed area set back from the road. Enough space for 8m+ MoHo. Some areas more level than others. Used by dog walkers. Good 4G. No bins. Very quiet at night. Would recommend.
Great location with lots of space. You are very out in the open with no hiding place from the elements so beware if bad weather! We left midway through the night as it was too windy for our liking but will be coming back to try again.

Nice place off the road - can’t hear much traffic passing by. Flat land so great for camping. When I was here, there were 3 other motor homes so not too busy. Lots of space, could fit another 4 more motor homes at least!
Un beau et grand plateau au milieu des moutons avec très belles vues à 360° sur les vallées. Très silencieux. Sol a peu près plat en gravier. Beau spot. Nous y étions seuls. Point de départ de balades.
We spent the night here. Only 1 other motorhome there. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely views, a few sheep, but they kept themselves to themselves. And an empty dustbin too.
Beautiful parking spot in a remote area. It is just by a road but it's not very busy and the cars don't go fast. It's quite spacious so can comfortably fit more than 5 campervans, probably about 8. Only downfall is we have dogs and there are lots of sheep around.
This was plan B but was decent, I did worry about the wind because quite exposed but wasn’t a issue. Was one other van when I arrived but I must have scared them off cause they left. 1 dog walker turned up around 7.30am. Mobile signal was great on EE and the bin still hadn’t been emptied.

Fantastic spot for a quiet nights stay. Flat area for large vans and motorhomes and great walks for miles. Only neighbours were the sheep.
Great place for an overnight, stopped 27th May, only one other van. No facilities so ok if you have all on board. Very peaceful. Incredible views. A few dog walkers arrived early morning.
Very good place to stop. Very quiet and had a bin there which was useful. Great open space to walk the dog also. Would definitely visit again.

A big flat space beside a quiet road. Plenty of level spots along the left side as you face the road. Three or four other vans there with us so obviously a popular spot. Good 4g on EE.
Just about perfect - far reaching views, peaceful and Internet. Do not expect to be the only van however.

toller Schlafplatz an dem auch immer wieder Spaziergänger mit Hunden vorbei kommen oder Menschen um Quad zu fahren. viele Schafe und Kühe oben auf dem Berg. schöne Aussicht rundherum, sowie Spaziergänge möglich. wir standen mit einem anderen Bulli dort. sehr ruhige Nacht gehabt. den Wind kann man dort oben stark merken.
Grand parking, à peu près plat, en bord de route mais très calme la nuit. Au milieu des moutons et avec une belle vue au alentour. Les locaux viennent y promener leurs chiens mais cela ne pose aucuns problèmes! Je recommande!

Stopped opposite the car park on grass verge. Views are fantastic, quiet after 6pm, great Wi-Fi and 4g. Had breakfast looking over the valley.

stayed here during storm arwen so pretty wild! all in all a pretty good spot. some guys did turn up to drive their 4x4 around the track which was a bit annoying but they left at 11.30
A peaceful Sunday night spent here on the way to Scotland. Plenty of room and a good 4G connection. Beautiful views all around. Light traffic through the evening and only woken once by sheep right outside the door. Dog walkers heaven.
A beautiful spot, but is very exposed so I would be weary on a windy night. Lots of sheep around and we got worked by some cows having a scratch on the corner of the van at 05:30! Would definitely recommend.
Great spot really quiet with stunning views of the northern lake district we had a brilliant overnight rest here.
