Checked this today and it’s a good lay-by, though not as easy to get level as the one down the road. There are no signs restricting overnight stays or camping. There is an empty post!

We returned here and there are now new no camping/overnight signings up as are going up in most Wales laybys big shame as I will not stay where I am not welcome

Postcode given led me up narrow woodland lane past farms and eventually going actually into a farm after a mile or so. Used Google maps. Theres a small industrial estate on main road? Is it there? More info please as looks good and now chasing around as not many places in this area.

There is now a no camping sign here, but we stayed here for one night with no issues with 2 other campers and a lorry.
