A beautiful and tranquil campsite with many beautiful walking routes along the Jurassic Coast and the South West Coast Path. We visited while restrictions were still in place so cannot comment on facilities. We were traveling one evening after work and it was easy to arrange a late arrival with a pitch allocated over the phone. Despite being very rural, there was good 4G signal as well. Dog friendly as long as they are on a leash. No caravans.

Very nice atmosphere, there is a small and cute cafe with a garden on the camp grounds that served pizza in the evening and great breakfast in the morning. Stayed for one night and could book one more night easily. Great place to start hikes on the coast.

Just stayed for two nights, great site…nice and quite! Great for local walks, the pub in the village (Kings Arms) was great, lovely food and well priced

Lovely spot! We wanted to spend one night but came back for a second one. Big camping area, showers and toilets are super clean, hot showers are free. The owners are super friendly and have a little shop with everyday needs as there is no supermarket close by. Lot’s of options for beautiful walks around and to the cliffs, we loved the flock of sheep next to the campsite. Very serene area.

Lovely and quiet campsite. Facilities are a bit old but cleaned and sufficient. There is hot water, toilet paper and soap available which is a real treat. Sea view and lots of hike directly from the campsite which is a real bonus. We had a great time with our daughter and our dog and we will definitely be back.

Price is 20£ + 5£ electricity. Nice spacious camping friendly owners. 4 stars because the terrible noice of the sheep during the day, late evening and the early morning. Well situated for walks!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough, very peaceful, clean toilets, showers, wash basins and very lush hot water. Dogs welcomed but on leads, electrical hook up if needed, clean drinking water tap to fill up bottles etc would throughly recommend!

NOT OPEN ALL YEAR. This wonderful campsite closes at the end of October and reopens in mid March. Lots of facilities (toilets, washing-ups sinks, clothes wash basins, showers) – all very clean. Super quiet place. Good shop on site. Excellent pub for food and drinks in village (10-minute walk) and for drinks in next village. Very close to lots of walking paths. It cost £20 a night for the van.
