Harbour was our first choice but this did not disappoint. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a drink and settled for the night

seanmunro24/03/2024Stopped in the car park overnight. Spaces specifically reserved for campervan users. The staff at the bar were very nice. Both bars are dog friendly. If you don’t eat in the pub restaurant there’s a fish and chip shop (La Mirage) a couple of minutes walk from the car park. There’s also a newsagents close by where you can get coffee and a roll in the morning

Haben hier übernachtet und im Pub gegessen. War sehr lecker. Nachts relativ ruhig, obwohl es direkt an der Straße liegt.
JRGoose02/08/2023Stayed overnight. Landlord friendly, no obligation to use the pub either. We got set up for the night and then spent an hour in the pub having a drink & playing pool.

Stopped here for the night in my camper with my family (husband and 2 teenage daughters). We popped in for a pint and had a few games of pool. The landlord was very welcoming and friendly. The price of drinks are very reasonable, much cheaper than at home. The car park is situated across the road from and has designated 'reserved for campervan' signs. Would highly recommend a stop over here.

We stayed here on a Thursday night and visited the Bannockburn Inn for a drink. They didn’t serve food on Thursdays, but friendly landlord recommended the fish and chip takeaway/restaurant close by. A recommendation from us, the portions were huge!! Overnight, a little bit of noise from the occasional lorry traffic since quite close to the road, but it was a free parking option after all!

Cheap drinks, set back from road but still noisy with lorry’s etc. Pub was a little rowdy the night we stayed, so didn’t feel so welcoming. No food being served so we ate at the hotel across the road which served lovely food.

Highly recommend this place the staff are lovely, steak and food was divine and bar very well stocked. Had good signal and 4G coverage on 02. Also enjoyed a drink and game of pool at the inn across from here. Both pubs were dog friendly.

Excellent parking, free stay in the parking area. it's only polite to buy a drink or food, the owner makes you very welcome, toilets are spotless and the beer is cheap, highly recommend !
camper031625/05/2022Free stay with a meal/drink in the character rich pub. Very nice staff with some interesting stories to tell. Food was fine, only reason for the missing star is the fact its on a 'main' road so has lorries going past every 20-30 mins. Good 4G signal on Vodafone & Sky.

Amazing!! We had planned to park up in Brora, but found this spot which is about a 20 min drive further north. They have 4 spots reserved in their car park for camper vans. I went in to ask if we could park in one and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Nothing at all to pay, but of course get a meal / have a few drinks in the pub. Would 100% recommend
