Mr John is a sweetheart ! Perfect place. Calm, beautiful and everything you need: wifi, toilets, shower, view, tables, lights at night.

This is indeed a great little camping spot. On a small grassy ground right next to the lake that is usually in summer used for hosting sport groups and such. Mr John is a friendly old man hosting it and we had lots of super nice conversations. We paid 10 euro per night for a roof tent car and 2 people. But usual it would be 15 euro I understand. The swimming is nice. John rents out a few old types of boats. The 2nd night we slept really bad because a super loud local party group on the communal beach right next to this campground. Be aware in the weekends!

We went there to stay overnight but as a woman the facilities were below average and we decided to stay in the meadow just parallel still by the lake. It is an open gate space all night.

Cena wysoka-2 osoby dorosłe 14 latek kamper 100 lei (20€)/doba bez prądu. Nie odpoczęliśmy wcale-do rana na plaży obok była impreza z bardzo głośną muzyka i dużo fajerwerków. Szukaliśmy ciszy i spokoju-jesteśmy bardzo rozczarowani. Zaplecze sanitarne też średnio: opróżniane toalety chemicznej i szarej wody bezpośrednio do szamba nie należało do przyjemnych. Właściciel miły i mówiący po angielsku.

This place it truly amazing due to Mr John. He is the most friendly/welcoming host ever. He loves when people come for a drink in the evening. He will tell you a lot and you will get to know the culture. We stayed for 3 night! Not due to the place but due to the amazing persons walking around here!

Very small but nice campsite. Peaceful and quiet with possibilities to swim in the lake and small boats for rent. The highlight is the very friendly and helpful host. Not everything is perfect. The ablutions would need some renovation and the whole site is not in the best condition. But still very nice atmosphere and worth to stay here when you expect not everything to be perfect.

Super welcoming. Next to water. Beach chairs, kayaking, everything!! Please visit Mr John in the evening for a drink if you want to get to know the Romania culture.
