Well accessible with a 4x4 and probably also with a normal car (only the „entrance“ is a bit steep). Coming from Shkodra, take the second, a bit hidden street (the first one leads to a house). Beautiful view but don’t be too loud to not disturb the house owner a couple of hundred meters below. I think he is the owner of the Kafe Antoni, so pay him a visit the next morning for a coffee :-)
