My van was broken into here. Nothing was stolen, either because of the alarm or the locked internal door that separates the front from the back but I still then had to spend €225 and an extra day getting the window fixed. The location of the parking is fine and you're at the cathedral in 15mins but not worth it for the huge repair costs.

We stayed here 2 years ago for 5 nights with no problem. We arrived today (9/11/2019) and returned to our motorhome at 1600-it had been broken into. We were lucky-nothing valuable taken, only clothes and blankets (?!?!). But 2 French motorhomes has everything stolen-laptop, jewellery etc. Shame for Girona-great city.

Grand parking, beaucoup de places mais c'est en octobre. Le centre ville n'est pas très loin pour qui aime marcher

Aparcamiento para pasar un par de noches y conocer la ciudad. No es muy agradable pero está a 10 min andando del centro. Algo de ruido de coches, pero no excesivo, dormimos sin problema.

Ein großer Parkplatz mitten in der Stadt, nur 10 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Der Platz ist nicht schön, aber befestigt und man ist schnell im Leben des Ortes ab 20.00 Uhr.

El terreno está muy deteriorado. Muchos baches y piedras. Mucho movimiento de coches durante el día. Por la noche estuvo tranquilo. No hay servicios de ningún tipo. Para hacer una parada cerca de la zona vieja de Girona y adiós.

Un simple parking mais proche de tout. Supermarché juste en face en centre de la vieille ville à moins de 10 minutes de marche. Nous y étions pour la fameuse fête des fleurs et c'était impeccable.

Bon lloc per dormir, relativament tranquil, amb una font al costat en un parc infantil, els lavabos pots anar al supermercat del costat, dissabte bastant ple, la resta de dies espais de sobres. Cap problema amb la gent.

Grand parking gratuit à proximité du centre historique. Il faut traverser le pont juste en face (panneau indiquant le centre historique) et vous arrivez sur le grand park, puis prendre l'allée à gauche et après quelques mètres vous apercevez la cathédrale. Nous y avons passé la nuit sans problème. Il y avait 4 camping-cars. Mardi matin beau marché dans le grand park à côté.

Etwas uneben aber super um die Altstadt zu besichtigen. Wie alle gratis Parkplätze schnell voll gewesen (trotz relativ viel Platz).

Parking proche du centre historique. Parfait pour la visite. Bruit jusqu'à 0h, heure de fermeture du Koenig. Idéal 1 nuit. Mercadonia juste à côté.

Parking bien placé pour visiter la ville, le terrain est quelque peu accidenté mais rien de bien méchant. D'après un autre camping-cariste, il est calme la nuit.

Grand parking à proximité du centre ville à 1.5 km de la basilique. Agréable pour y passer la nuit aussi

Bien pour passer la nuit, assez calme, le resto Konig est très bien noté sur google. Mq3is on a mangé à la Taberna Zanpansar très bien aussi. WC et croissants à Mercadona.

Je n'y ai pas passé la nuit, arrivé à 7h30 du matin. J'étais parti tôt de Besalu par crainte d'enlisement sous l'orage. Plusieurs camping-cars ont passé la nuit sans problème. Calme et proche des commerces. Pas de risque d'enlisement, attention par fortes pluies, la partie le long de l'avenue est inondé. À 10 mn à pied du centre ville.

Grand parking terre. Mais à proximité centre commercial Mercadona et Carrefour. A coté carrefour, un magasin chinois, caverne AliBaba.

Parking gratuit de terre, parfait pour garder son véhicule. Calme, prêt du centre ville et à deux pas de deux supermarchés "Mercadona et Día". On y a passé une nuit.

It remains remarkable that the comments with only 1 or 2 stars are from french people... What do they expect? I cannot understand it, as this spot is quite okay. Please consider you are in a touristical area, many people have go here so it will always be noisy. Yes, there is a main street on one side and quiet streets on the three other sides of this lot, and yes, there's also a restaurant open till midnight. And it is a few meters to the centre. So if you all know this and then still decide to park here, why the hell do you give a bad recommendation? Just accept it as it is or look for another spot... simple as that! I spend one night here and yes, it was noisy till midnight and quiet from there till 07h00/08h00. All fine for a night, you dont want to spend longer time here, so the spot suits this simple demand. Yes, the area is not totally clean, as everywhere in Spain and during rain, the area can become very nasty. So, take the benefits of it or continue your search.

Tranquilo pero entre semana hay gente. Se puede dormir bien por la noche, mucho sitio, poco viento. Poca intimidad aunque no es excesivamente residencial. Carreteras cerca.

Tranquilo para pernoctar y seguro para dejar la AC y hacer turismo. Girona se lo merece. El restaurante que colinda es pijotero y un poco caro, pero muy rico

Cerca del mercadona, en la parte de arriba donde está el suelo de tierra, esta es la mejor opción puesto que el el area de la devesa y pont de pedret muy mal tanto aparcar como pernoctar

Grand parking avec pas mal de places. Supermarché à 50 m et restauration. Lignes de bus 2 et 6 pour centre ville pour 1,40 €. Par contre un peu bruyant, la nuit mais faut pas rêver non plus.

Para visitar la ciudad es el mejor sitio, esta cerca de todo y por la noche tanto en invierno como en verano siempre hay autocaravanas aparcadas.
