Stayed here last month parked early morning for a few hours. When I returned I had a ticket! Carpark was empty on early sunday morning. Parked my vehicle over two spaces and paid for both as I have done in many carparks due to my vans size. Appealed the ticket and it has been rejected as I was told parking over two spaces is unsafe. No mention of this or large vans not being allowed!?
Great little car park, near bars, restaurants, local shops and a small supermarket. Parking bays are car sized, so we bought two 50p tickets for the two spaces that we took up, and had a quiet, peaceful night. We were careful to move off before 8am. Will definitely use again if in the area.
Giltogo I'm sorry to read about your fixed penalty notice, unfortunately I've only just seen the comment . I'd have written in asking for leniency. Oh I see it's recent so I'd write in. The carpark company might not be as zealous as the attendant. At another car park I noticed you could buy a ticket out of parking restrictions and it would start at the time the restrictions started.
Great place to park,quiet, and within 20 mins walk from city centre. Local Shops ,bars ,etc can be accessed via an alleyway off the car park. Beware though,overnight ticket expires at 8am.I got up at 8:20 to renew ticket to find I had already being served at 8:10 with a fixed penalty notice ,mine was only vehicle in the car park.
Great spot, really quiet. 5 minutes walk to Chester Live Rooms. There is a cafe which backs on to the car park as well!
