Lovely place for an overnight stay. Quiet and far enough away from the road to not hear the cars. I stayed here on my own with my two dogs and felt safe enough. Phone signal can be poor, so pick your space wisely. I was the only van here, but there's enough space for over a dozen campers.
When we arrived there were a group of people celebrating a birthday in the picnic area. It was a Joyful couple of hours. We Loved the rustling of the trees, the birds singing all around us & the silence was just Blissfull Our evening & night was very peaceful & we had the carpark to ourselves with no disturbances. We had a lovely morning walk. We will be back. Please Leave no Trace.
