Turned this place into a swamp trying to get on the grass but once on was a lovely spot
Petite place de parking pour 3 ou 4 vans. La voie qui y mène est plutôt rocheuse mais lente et stable et ce n'est pas un problème. C'est la terre du National Trust et le début de belles promenades vers la plage locale. Aucun signe pour nier le camping. Prendre plaisir !
Small parking spot for 3 or 4 vans. The Lane up to it is rather rocky but slow and stead and it’s no issue. It’s National Trust land and the start of some lovely walks to the local beach. No signs to deny camping. Enjoy !
Kleiner Parkplatz für 4 oder 5 Campervans. Der Weg dorthin ist ziemlich schmal und hat Schlaglöcher, aber langsam und stetig und es ist kein Problem. Es ist National Trust Land und der Beginn einiger schöner Spaziergänge zum örtlichen Strand.
Keine Schilder, die das Übernachten verbieten.
Keine Mülltonnen, Schlechtes Internet, aber sehr schön für eine Nacht. Absolut ruhig.
Pequeña plaza de aparcamiento para 3 o 4 furgonetas. El camino hasta allí es bastante rocoso pero lento y constante y eso no es un problema. Esta es tierra de National Trust y el comienzo de agradables paseos a la playa local. No hay señal para negar acampar. Disfrutar !

Schöner kleiner Wanderparkplatz. Der Weg hier hoch hat schon einige ordentliche Schlaglöcher und ist recht schmal - aber langsam hoch und dann geht's. 5 Camper sollten hier wohl Platz finden. Die Aussicht ist schön und wenn man den kleinen Wanderweg zur Küste nimmt, ist man auch in ca. 5 Minuten an der Klippe und kann von dort aus weiter wandern.
fammol25/06/2023Begin van de weg is inderdaad heel modderig. Verder hele stille nacht. Mooie wandelingen. Koeien om je heen. Ik denk wel dat de omwonenden het vervelend zouden vinden als het hier vol zou staan met campers. 1-2 per nacht is denk ik geen probleem.

Great place to stop - thank you for the recommendation. The track is ok if taken slowly - we are in a VW Caddy and made it easily. Great views. We were the only people there so we had a very peaceful night!!
bikelugger15/02/2023The approach is slightly uphill, covered in slick mud and has some deep puddles. It is February though! Managed it fine in a LWB fwd transit with minimal traction loss but I do have all terrain tyres. Needed levelling blocks to get it perfect but had an undisturbed night. Lovely view of the sunset following a walk down to the sea.

Lovely spot. Lane a little bumpy but really not an issue if you take it slowly. (Ford Transit). Area on a slight slope, nothing that can’t be rectified with a ramp/few rocks. Great cliff top walk to a wee cafe in Porthor bay with loos and a comprehensive menu and tasty cakes. Pity no dogs on beach from April to Sept 30th.

Great little stop over. No facilities but very quiet and a good location for exploring the area
