Super schöne Aussicht, totale Stille. Wenn man seine Ruhe und keine anderen Leute um sich rum haben möchte ist man hier genau richtig. Nur ein paar Kühe mit Glocke laufen hier rum. Wir haben dort noch eine Nacht verbracht. GNR ist an uns vorbei gefahren ohne was zu sagen.

Nuit au calme avec une superbe vue. Parking autorisé avec panneau, 2 places matérialisées mais possible pour 3 ou 4 en partageant !

Beautiful location. You’re quite exposed so on a windy day you’ll feel it. No services. X3 Motorhome parking spaces but the car park is huge and at this time of year very quiet, so you could utilise the coach and car parking spaces. Easy enough road up, we managed fine in our 7.5mtr Motorhome. We walked to Monchique and back from here, there are also other tracks you can take.

Só a vista já merece equacionar este lugar!! não têm serviços, mas é sossegado, com espaço e pareceu me seguro! sem dúvida que aconselho! talvez em dias de muito vento não seja tão aconselhável, mas fora isso vale mesmo muito a pena pela vista!

Parking dont places pour camping-car au sommet du mont. Pas de services. Vue magnifique. Départs de nombreuses balades. Source pour remplir des bouteilles juste avant d'arriver au sommet.

Sehr ruhiger Platz um zu übernachten. (kein Durchgangsverkehr) Bei klarem Wetter hat tolle Aussichten in Richtung Norden zu den Bergen und in Richtung Süden über die Algarve bis hin zum Atlantik.

Superbe spot pour passer la nuit et profiter du coucher du soleil, calme pas de circulation. Très bien pour faire des balades, plusieurs plans de randonnée et au retour faire le plein d'eau à la source.

A flat, paved area with marked bays specifically for autocaravans. GNR passed by once. We stayed the night, very quiet and felt safe. Bins nearby, toilets in shop accessible with key provided by shopkeeper. Amazing views, we completed the 2 hour P3 walking route which was great but quite challenging!

Stayed here one night in December, one other Motorhome present. Lots of lighting, we were lucky as NO wind at all. Very quiet and great views if not hazy. Lots of masts and Ariel’s giving off waves of some sort, could not set alarm due to them setting it off. Cafe bar does good snacks but only open in daylight. Walks not so good at present due to fire damage.Be aware the radio waves, microwaves and whatever else given off up there MAY affect a susceptible persons electrical heart system. Partner admitted into Portimão Hospital next day for 24hrs. May be something maybe nothing.

Route 266-3 empruntée par les bus de préférence de jour sinueuse et de basse montagne. Parking plat spacieux toilettes à la boutique des artisans à l'arrière de la chapelle et magasin Saint Antonio. Une aide aux artisans incendie est bienvenue. Bar-restaurant magnifique, point de vue sur la Serra de Monchique.

Super, tranquille toute la nuit, désert à souhait. Des balades tout autour avec des vues magnifiques. Grande boutique d’artisanat mais attention, ils ne prennent pas la CB. Merci Bakebeen

You must use the main road from Monchique, which is used by Large 45 seater coaches to take tourists to the mountain top, trying to use other smaller roads is not smart for any van over 5 meters as "Trouy" below as pointed out

Ce n'est vraiment pas une bonne idée avec un camping-car, petite route de montagne très étroite pour arriver sur un parking désert, loin de tout, à éviter même si la vue s'étend sur toute la région.

Bel emplacement dominant offrant de merveilleux panoramas. L'endroit est exposé aux vents très fréquents. Nous n'y avons pas couché mais il semble que ce soit possible à l'arrière des commerces puisqu'un panneau "Autocaravanes" est positionné à l'entrée de la zone.

Bel emplacement (un peu isolé..). On ne peut pas y dormir, la police est très matinale et est peu sympa !!
