Superb place to maximum 20 minutes by bike from the center. Quiet and safe. We stayed for 2 nights and 2 days. There is also a bus that passes by the park. Even a shuttle / boat is available to the center from the nearby zoo.

Es gibt bessere Plätze. Die Plätze sind schief und für längere Wohnmobile ungeeignet. Vielleicht hatten wir auch Pech, aber wir waren an einem Dienstag vor Ort und sind um 23 Uhr vor einer Coronaparty mit an die 100 mit lauter Musik feiernden Halbstarken geflüchtet. Wir mag es hier denn erst am Wochenende zugehen?

Kostenloser Parkplatz, am Wochenende etwas laut. Tolles Lokal (Café Torpedo) gleich um die Ecke auf einem Bootshaus, schöner Sonnenuntergang, hundefreundlich. Mit dem Bus 16 kommt man direkt ins Zentrum (letzte Bushaltestelle Hauptbahnhof). Die Toilette ist sauber, jedoch etwas weit am Fußballplatz entlang (Ausschilderung folgen).

Wie schon in den Kommentaren beschrieben, ein toller Platz um Helsinki zu erkunden. Oben war auch bei uns alles voll. Unten dann fast ganz leer. Tip: Da die Fußgängerbrücke in die Stadt wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt war, haben wir 2x Uber genutzt. Klappt in Helsinki hervorragend.

Toller, sehr ruhiger Parkplatz. Oben war es recht voll, bei der letzten Ebene waren wir fast alleine. Duschen und WC gibt es oben im roten Häuschen hinter der Tennisanlage (recht sauber). 55min zu Fuß in die Stadt, zur Bahnhaltestelle etwa 10min.

Parking idéal pour visiter Helsinki. Piste cyclable jusqu'au centre (3-4 km de la place du marché). Très calme la nuit. Mais en journée, le haut du parking peut être complet et les places sont des places pour voitures. Sur les places du bas, près de l'eau, moins de voitures.

We have stayed here for 3 days - public toilets available along the path to the zoo, approx 200m away. Very quiet location & convenient transport into the city - number 16 bus. We parked at the top car park with the back of our 7.5m motorhome over the grass - no problem with space. Few other campers here & the best bit is it’s free!!

Super ! Grand parking en bordure de parc, au calme. Le plus simple pour visiter la ville tout en restant dans un petit coin de nature. Pas mal de sentiers autour avec des appareils de sport (près du terrain de tennis et près de la plage), pratique aussi pour balader nos bêtes à poil. Sur la plage il y a 2 douches extérieures (eau froide) et un robinet d'eau potable. Il faut environ 40 mn pour rejoindre le centre à pied.

Perfect place to see the capital 40 min walk into town with many parking spot tho not for big vch there’s a pullover toilet if you walk past the tennis courts and high rope obstacles course. Roads loud in the distance but for one night it suits

Perfekter Platz am Wasser! Helsinki mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus sehr zu erreichen. warme Dusche im Sportpark oberhalb des Parkplatzes nutzbar. Besuch im Zoo nebenan ist auch zu empfehlen

Deux nuit calmes avec quelques autres camping-cars. Bien et gratuit pour visiter la ville à vélo. Pas trop loin du ferry pour les départs matinaux ou arrivées tardives.

Perfekter Platz für einen Helsinki Besuch! Der Parkplatz ganz unten war etwas voller, ein Parkplatz höher war es aber schon schön leer. Duschen kann man in dem roten Haus bei den Tennisplätzen. Ein WC ist auch fußläufig vorhanden!

All been said before great spot to park up for the night, plenty of space, however our van is 7.4 m so some spots available are not long enough. Stayed for two nights here with no issues and probably a doz other campers. Bus takes just on half hour to get into central Helsinki costs €4 per person one way ,

Super Platz in der City. Haben hier 3 Nächte problemlos gestanden. Tagsüber jedoch sehr stark frequentiert. Wir sind zu Fuß ins Zentrum gelaufen. Sind etwa 4 Kilometer. Absolut machbar.

Super Platz für Parken und kostenlose Übernachtung. WC in 300 Metern, Sandstrand mit Umkleidekabinen und (kalten) Duschen unweit. Früh kommen lohnt, da der Parkplatz von Zoo-Besuchern hoch frequentiert wird. Nachts ruhig. In die Stadt mit der Linie 16 im 20-Minuten-Takt. Tickets beim Fahrer 4 Euro, sonst 2,80 Euro.

Zwei sehr schöne Tage in Helsinki verbracht. Auch der kletterpark direkt nebenan ist toll. Alles in allem sehr toll. Die Anbindung an die City ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln super.

Super Platz, allerdings tagsüber voll, da er auch als Parkplatz für den Zoo genutzt wird. sind erst nach 20:00 wieder dorthin gefahren

Die Mülleimer in erster Reihe waren von den vielen Campern übervoll, so dass alles daneben gestellt wurde. Darum und wegen der Masse an weißen Riesen kann ich mir gut vorstellen, dsss dad Übernachtrn ggf verbotrn wird. Also Leute, benehmt euch. WC ist 400m entfernt. Sonst ein ruhiger Platz nah zut City.

Super parking pour dormir et gratuit. Calme, au bord de la mer. Poubelle à proximité, des toilettes sont indiqués à 100m mais nous ne les avons pas utilisés. Parfait pour une ou deux nuits.

It's Great place to stay over night and also during the day if you need to take a shower or do sport! on Sunday a lot of people but showers and toilets are next to the tennis court in the red house. on weekends for free, under the week no idea.

Toller Platz unweit der Innenstadt. Toilette Richtung Kletterpark ca. 250 Meter. Duschen Tagsüber (wir waren Nachmittags dort) auf dem Öffentlichen Sportplatz (Nähe der Toiletten) offen und nutzbar ! In die Stadt gehts zu Fuß oder per Rad über eine eigene Brücke von der Insel Richtung Innenstadt (Handy Navi einfach benutzen).

Parking à partager avec les voitures sur 3 niveaux, il y a plus de places au niveau inférieur en bord de mer, au fond le plan incliné de mise à l'eau des bateaux. On peut rejoindre le centre ville à vélo en continuant vers l'autre bout de l’île, il y a un pont piéton, pistes cyclables très bien faites

Excellent place. Public transport 24 hr pass @ euro 8 available on bus. Bus number 16 to the centre. Lowest flat best for Solar charging. Though toilet a bit far(300mt) but at least it exists.. And free! Lovely paths through the forest circle the small island and there are shallow bathing beaches all along. Recommended..

Great location for visiting the city, metro stop a 10 minute walk away or I walked to the centre (approx 5km). Excellent spot for visiting the zoo. Stopped for two nights, no issues. WC short walk away, not the cleanest But okay.

Great spot, so incredibly quiet despite being so close to the city and trains. Toilet is decent, and was open in winter (seems to be uncommon everywhere else). Bins also available.

Très bon spot pour visiter Helsinki en vélo. Beaucoup de monde le week-end pour visiter le zoo. Les toilettes sont à 150m et restent ouvertes toute la nuit. Nous y avons passé 3 nuits. Nous n'avons pas vu de point d'eau potable.

Très bon spot. Par contre beaucoup de camping-cars dont certains se garent en travers. On était 17. A ce rythme ĺe parking sera bientôt payant ou limité.

I must admit, very nice place but it is very, very crowded by all these campers. we saw around 20/25 campers and some caravans. some people act like they are on a camping and using more parking places then one.

It is very busy as it is used by a lot of local in the summer. but for the purpose of visiting Helsinki you probably can’t find better. There is also a floating cafe/bar at the car park which is nice.

Le coin est sympa mais on s'est vite vu entouré d'une quinzaine de camping-cars. Dont certains placés en ligne sur le front de mer, avec cales, chaises et antenne tv déployée. Dans ces conditions, il est probable que dans peu de temps ce spot sera interdit. Donc on conseille d'utiliser les autres spots, si possible. De plus ce parking est aussi celui du zoo et d'un restaurant péniche : il est préférable de quitter les lieux dès le matin afin de ne plus encombrer les places.

Nice place to stay in Helsinki. Right on the water and quiet. Also it is very complicated to park in Helsinki for free, so if you have bikes with you, you can park there for free and easily cycle into the city centre.

Excelente. Vistas, accesible al centro en bus, bici o andando ( 50'), baños cerca, parque con playa a 5', gratis,...tranquilo. Siendo gratis no se puede pedir mucho más. La policía paso y no nos dijo nada. Pasamos dos noches.Sombra por la mañana

Toller Platz in der Stadt auf einer Insel am Wasser. Sportanlagen und Zoo sind in Laufweite, ebenso eine CityBike Station bei der man sich nach Anmeldung Fahrräder leihen kann . Die können an vielen Stationen in der Stadt ausgeliehen und zurückgegeben werden und sind so bestens geeignet um damit die Stadt zu erkunden. Innenstadt ist mit dem Rad in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Öffentliche Toilette hinter dem Sportpark. Ausreichend Mülleimer. Café/Bar auf einem Schiff am Ufer. Hauptverkehrsstraßen am anderen Ufer gegenüber ist deutlich zu hören, für die Stadt aber ok. Sonst super Platz auf dem man nicht das Gefühl hat mitten in der Großstadt zu sein.

Un bon choix à Helsinki, le parking est agréable et il est facile de rejoindre le centre avec le bus n°16 (3,20 €) où à vélo (15 mn par une piste cyclable). Attention, il est difficile de se garer normalement avec un plus de 6 mètres et pas sympa de se mettre en travers la journée, notamment le week-end, endroit ou le parking est plein car très fréquenté par les locaux (zoo, accrobranche, balades,...)

Toller Platz um von dort aus mit dem Fahrrad (15min) oder Bus (Linie 16) in die Stadt zu kommen. An Wochenenden ist der Parkplatz tagsüber durch die Zoobesucher vollkommen voll! Sicher über 3 Plätze zu stellen deshalb etwas unverschämt. Kein Geheimtipp mehr. -> Viele WoMos

Public wc is about 400m to way of zoo. It is free, get your own toilet paper. Zoo is about 1 km walking or biking.

We stay here for one night and it was perfect. a perfect view for the sunset. we took the bus to city center nr 16 and the cost of the ticket was 3,20 euro/pers one way.
