The parking at the top indicates parking limited to AC. Being late and there were about 6 BC we stayed. The parking is just behind the Bar du Lac (it is the parking lot of the establishment), there are no signs that prohibit but there are signs indicating that it is the parking of the premises. I do not know if it is allowed by the local overnight

Très bel endroit en bord du lac derrière le bar côté Italie. Il y a des tables de pique-nique et je conseille de prendre un dernier cappuccino à 1,40 euros au petit bar car une fois en Suisse, le café est à 3,50. Belle randonnée au sommet pour voir le Mont Blanc et visite de l'hospice où vous trouverez des WC.

Très beau parking, très bon restaurant. Avant d’y dormir vérifier que personne ne fasse pas de trompette et la chansonnette. A 2h du matin nous avons préféré reprendre la route car il était impossible de dormir.

très joli endroit pour y passer une nuit reposante avec le soleil de l'est au réveil qui se mire dans le lac. Le repas au restaurant est de bonne qualité, à privilégier si nous voulons que les propriétaires continuent de nous permettre de stationner.

restaurant nous a autorisé à rester jusque 9h-9h30. repas très bon et correct niveau des prix ! le matin WC possible au Grand hôtel café croissants ;) tour du lac sympa a faire avec enfants, on peut apercevoir les st Bernard a l'entrée du chenil (au musée) mais c'est un peu triste de les voir en cage !

What a fantastic place for a night. Please use the restaurant and respect their rule that you can stay but need to leave by 9am.

Der Gastwirt hat auf Nachfrage gesagt es ist kostenlos. Wir haben dafür etwas gegessen und großzügig Trinkgeld gegeben. toller Platz die Musik war bis ins morgen grauen zu hören. Dafür war ich im See schwimmen. Also Ausgleich

Die Nutzung des Restaurant Parkplatzes für eine Nacht ist möglich. Gute regionale Küche zu fairen Preisen. Bei uns wurde die Nachtruhe durch laute Musik bei offener Tür bis in den frühen Morgen gestört.

Es ist wirklich perfekt. Essen super. Super Aussicht am Morgen auf den See. Kleine und große Wanderungen sind möglich.

Parcheggio che sarebbe riservato a gli ospiti del ristorante, ma al momento in quarantena e di conseguenza libero...passate due notti meravigliose in riva al laghetto, vicino al bar/ristorante dell'hotel..consigliato!

Très bel endroit pour y passer la nuit. Nous n’avons vu aucune indication interdisant le stationnement. Actuellement le bar/ restaurant est en quarantaine donc ça ne dérange pas de stationner.

Gibt ein WiFi Pays du Grand Saint Bernard. Funktioniert aber nur sporadisch. Ende Juni kein Problem, einen schönen Platz zu bekommen.

Sehr sehr schöner Ort. Toiletten in der Bar offen, wenn die Bar offen ist. Es ist sehr ruhig dort oben.

Am 3.9. an der Bar übernachtet. Kurz gefragt und kein Problem. Das Essen im Restaurant ein Muss! Einfache aber geniale Küche! Am nächsten Morgen an den PicNick Tischen gefrühstückt-noch nie schöner!

Sehr schöner Platz hier ohne Parkverbot. Wer weiss wie lange noch? Mehrere kleine Vans hier die so wie es scheint über kein Klo verfügen. Jedenfalls wird der Platz hier fröhlich als Klo für grosse und kleine Geschäfte unter freiem Himmel direkt hinter den Vans genutzt. Schade, schade.......

It is possible to stay here for one night, if you come at the evening, but the place belongs to the restaurant and we were asked to leave until 10:30 to let the parking free for the guests. Beautiful place on the lake.

Car Park of Bar du Lac. Had dinner, & b'fast coffee on picnic benches, so no bad feeling about staying! Several other vans - most dined to be fair. Good, homely, cheap food (after Switzerland!), & friendly staff. Great picnic benches for b'fast with a view over lake & mountains. Superb views. Walk up to St. B. statue behind hotel, and up to see museum & dogs by hospice & cheap souvenir shop
