Parking in town near a ruin without convenience. Perfect to spend a night or two enjoying the village of Bovec in the evening. Possibility of being a little out of the way if you enter the ruin with the vehicle.

0,50€/Stunde. Verbotsschild für Wohnmobile. Waren hier für eine Nacht mit einem kleinen Camper und hatten keine Probleme. Waren mit die einzigen die dort übernachtet haben. Die Nacht war ruhig. Tagsüber wird der Parkplatz sehr voll. Von dort kann man eine eine einstündige (oneway) Wanderung zu einem schönen Wasserfall machen.

On y était cette nuit et la police est venue à 8h05. On était 3 fourgons, 40 € d’amende par véhicule. Sur le papier de l’amende ils ont menti en mettant qu’il était 7h55. Le parking est interdit aux camping-cars de 23h-8h. Mais le camping sauvage est interdit dans toute la Slovénie

On y a passé une nuit et une journée. Aucun souci pour nous. Tres proche du centre ville. 5 minutes à pieds. Très pratique pour une nuit.

We spent 1 night here, calm and flat. Recommend parking out of sight/discreetly to avoid attention. No police came but we left before 7am. Church bells close by but stops around 10pm

Beautiful parking spot. It is not allowed to stay here overnight for camping but it seems as if no one cares. we stayed there for one night with several other campers and everything was fine. the view is also nice and it's near to supermarket. at the moment there is a working site, but we left very early and don't know if it may be bothering.

Awesome spot to stay on the top level of carpark. very few free options in this town. there were diggers and trucks working during the day but very peaceful at night. We spent the days at the river and returned here at night, however on our last morning we were woken up by a warden who told us to move on and warned us.

There is sign no capmervan 23-7. We stayed there for one night at the end of September without problem

We are in a van and stayed 2 nights without a problem. Cars stayed parked here overnight. Ability to tuck away on the second level to the right. No facilities only a rubbish bin. Beautiful view - highly recommend rafting with sport mix whom are a 2 minute walk down the hill.

I stayed here in spring and came back recently (mid august). there is now a sign prohibiting overnight sleep but i stayed 4 nights without worries. bovec is a magical place and this park is one of the few where you can (most likely) park within triglav. one advice for newcomers to slovenia - don't sleep near the river, enjoy it during the day

Anche se è un parcheggio solo diurno noi, con il camper,abbiamo passato 2 notti senza problemi. A die passi dal centro, molto silenzioso e immerso nella natura..... tutto gratis.

Zwar steht direkt ein “Camping verboten Schild” aber es hat sich niemand für uns interessiert. Schöner Blick!! Bis auf Kirchen Glocken ruhige Lage. Riesige Stellfläche

Très bien placé car proche du centre de bovec. On y a passé une journée et une nuit en van sans être inquiétées.

Il y a un grand panneau "interdit aux camping-cars " la nuit, et le jour, il est saturé avec les voitures. Nous n'y sommes pas restés.

Parking de piedras, plano nosotros pasamos la noche en la parte superior, sin ningún problema. Entorno muy bonito. A 1’ del centro del pueblo.

Perfect! We stayed one night without any problems, amazing view on the mountains. And there is no sign which prohibits stay for night ;) we talked to locals who told us that especially to park for night in nature is a problem ...
