Haven La Chance Right in front of the dunes. Very nice buildings and very clean are the sanitary facilities. Garden area under olive trees with pool to feel good. Very nice reception from Hassan who also speaks good German. Deserts and dromedary tours are offered.

An amazing place right at the foot of the dunes. We spent nearly 3 months here during the Covid lockdown and were treated wonderfully. Even though there was only 4 vans here at the end, they still kept the facilities clean and the restaurant open.

Pour le camping rien à dire, les pied dans le sable, sans mur pour nous confiné. Piscine bien entretenu. On est vraiment tranquille. J'enlève une étoile car l'accueil et assez froid et pas chaleureux.

Un excellent camping avec une belle piscine et de très beaux sanitaires. Eaux chaudes à la vaisselle et au linge. Direct sur les dunes.

Sehr schöne Auberge mit super gelegenen Campingplatz, auf drei Seiten Dünen. Man wacht morgens auf und hat die Wüste vor sich, besser geht's nicht wenn man kein 4x4 hat. Hassan spricht sehr gut deutsch und erklärt ein die Touren ohne aufdringlich zu werden und zu vernünftigeen Preisen. Wir waren 4 Tage dort, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Fabulous place, Hassan is very welcoming and took us on a lovely walk to see his village couldn't do enough to help us. The facilities are the best we've had in Morocco and the pool was lovely. The only slight negative was having to repeatedly decline the requests from the lllittle shop owner to look at his wares. Location could not have been better.

5 étoiles !!! Rien à dire. Le camping est calme et grand. Les sanitaires sont spacieux et propres. 2 grands éviers dehors pour vaisselle. Accès à la piscine. Le gérant est très gentil et discret. Nous avons passé 3 nuits ici et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Camping parfait, au pied des dunes, eau, électricité, douches avec eau chaude, piscine et restaurant. Les propriétaires préfèrent bien sûr quand vous réservez des excursions chez eux. Nous avons demandé lors du séjour d'où venez les lanternes extérieures en poterie. On nous a répondu "Dépôt nomade" dans le village. C'est faux !! ce n'est qu'une boutique attrape touristes avec des prix exagérés.

La meilleure situation dans la région. Camping vaste, emplacements bien distribués, à l’ombre des palmiers ou au pied des dunes, au choix. On ne se sent pas emprisonné comme dans la plupart des autres campings (j’en ai visité quelques uns) du coin. Sanitaires propres. 2 vide K7, plusieurs points de eau. Le pain livré le matin au camping-car. Toute l’équipe est accueillante et toujours souriante. Je recommande a 100%

Ein super Platz ,direkt an den Dünen .Wir fühlen uns seit 5Jahren dort immer wieder wohl . Von Hassan wird man super betreut . Er ist nicht aufdrinklich,aber immer da wenn man irgend etwas braucht ,oder ein Problem hat . die schönsten Ausflüge in. die Umgebung haben wir natürlich bei Hassan gebucht . Wir kommen auch im nächsten Jahr wieder .

Zeer fijne plek! Zeker ook als je met kinderen reist. Parkeer tegen de duinen en geniet van de zandbak, de kamelen en het heerlijke zonnetje. Alles in volledige rust. De douches zijn uitstekend, zeker tussen 12u en 21.00u. Vers brood, heerlijke Taijin bij de camper. Hamid is een uitstekende gastheer en is zelfs een halve dag met ons naar Erfoud geweest om garages te bezoeken. Goede prijs.

Der schönste Platz in der Umgebung. Da man hier direkt am Rande der Dünen parkt. Keine hässliche Mauer wie bei anderen. Hassan ist ein toller Marokkaner. Er kümmert sich um alles, bringt jeden morgen frisches Baguett ans Fahrzeug. Ich hatte ein technisches Problem mit meinem Fahrzeug. Hassan kurz telefoniert, und schon sind wir gemeinsam in eine nahe gelegene Werkstatt gefahren. Top.

Wow! What a location, right on the dunes! It’s great to see a campsite investing in new toilets and HOT showers! We arrived after lunch and were able to easily organise a sunset camel tour for that afternoon. We went for 2 hours (only on the camels for about 30 minutes) camels cost 200MAD per camel. We also went on a 4wd tour around the dunes, fossil searching and saw a heap of other interesting sites around the dunes! Tour went for about 6 hours included lunch (Berber pizza). We paid 140€ for the whole vehicle.

Perfecto para una visita al desierto. El camping termina justo al empezar las dunas. Los servicios bien mantenidos y con una buena piscina para refrescarte. Personal muy atento y de trato agradable, ofrecen todas las excursiones típicas de la zona. Como punto negativo no dispone de mucha sombra.

Traumhafter Platz! Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. Die erste Nacht standen wir direkt an den Dünen. Leider zwang uns der Wind in Verbindung mit dem Sand dazu in den geschützten Bereich des Platzes zu gehen. Dafür war dann der schöne Pool näher.

Die Füsse in den wunderschönen Dünen, nette Nachbarn, tolle Sonnenuntergänge, annehmbare Sanitäranlagen, wir haben diese Anlage ins Herz geschlossen. Marokkanische Herzlichkeit mit ein wenig "laisse faire". Absolut empfehlenswert. Für uns die schönste Anlage am Erg.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo campeggio ai piedi delle dune di Merzouga. I servizi sono semplici ma puliti e con acqua calda in abbondanza. Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema con l’elettricità. Il silenzio e il dormire sotto una cupola di stelle, sono stati momenti indimenticabili.

I have spend 3 nights here, out of season so quiet as quiet can be. Perfectly located at the dunes so ideal for a walk and hike there. The hotel and campsite are in an ongoing renovation- process, which leads to some chaos here and there. Upon my arroval they were doing the new terrace in front of the hotel. The campsite is at the backside and offers lots of spaces, but no dump for watertanks. Only chemical toilets can be emptied. Sanitary is old fashioned but clean, warm water for 30seconds included, not any longer. Pool is nice, but again, the area around it may need some improvements too. Around the pool you can login to their Wifi, though my 4G from Maroc Telecom had a better signal. Staff is friendly and the area is clean, just needs some attention here and there. Overall an acceptable campsite, especially if you see their price. Just that bunch of little details avoid from giving more stars.

Joli camping dans un petit coin de paradis, électricité pas assez puissante pour camping-car. Le patron donne de mauvaises informations. On a demandé un taxi. Demandé le prix 5 € aller-retour. Ok. Sauf que le gars ne veut pas venir nous chercher 8 km de Merzlota. On attend pour la balade dromadaire en fait, c'est cher pour ce que c'est. On marche plus que le dromadaire. Sinon bon rapport qualité-prix. 2 nuits 160

Le rêve, la piscine au pied des dunes dans un superbe patio pour un tarif très correct de 50 dirhams/nuit. Le parking camping-car est au pied des dunes, une vue fantastique. Le tout est propre et les douches sont chaudes. A recommander sans modération. Nous avons fait un bivouac dans le désert superbement organisé et avec des repas pantagruéliques.

Effectivement très bon spot, tranquille au pied des dunes, on sort du camping-car et on est direct les pieds dans le sable pour aller voir un magnifique coucher de soleil. Si on ne veut pas marcher, les dromadaires viennent nous chercher, si on ne veut pas cuisiner, le tajine est servi à la porte. La piscine est très chouette, à débordement dans un patio entouré d'oliviers...

Brilliant campsite. Large, good clean facilities. Park right next to dunes. You may be met in village by Hassan Cherhane (see pic, orange turban) he is very welcoming and helpful, will lead you here and organise any trips you want. No hard sell, just very helpful.
