Beautiful location for a day stopover, with the forestry commission giving you allocated parking for motorhomes now, all their other locations have clearly no overnight parking signs... Which is quite sad really as there are none of Their locations in Perthshire, nice walk from here around the hermitage also

Great location! Although there’s a sign that says no overnight parking (which i didn’t see when i arrived at 11pm) I stayed here with no one around. Very quiet and a lovely location. I wish I had time to go on the walks around here!

Perfect spot to spend a night. Flat enough and some litters available. There is a nice little brigde 50m down the path. It's worth to see. Respect the place bring your rubbish home. It's great to find place like this to have a rest.

A great spot. We had a great quiet night here with a couple of other vans. Chatted to a local guy walking his dog just to get an idea of how welcome we were. He was quite happy having the vans about (he's got a camper himself) and he just asked for people to leave enough bays for locals and to park considerately. Top guy and a top spot. Nearest toilets in hermitage carpark when the cafe is open.

This is not an authorised motorhome site. Please respect local residents bv limiting your stay to one night. Note also that the bins in the car park belong to residents, not campers, so please take your rubbish away with you. Thanks!

This is a great place to stay. But please note we spoke with a local who stayed that the neighborhood group is monitoring the parking lot as there have been times when locals could not park to walk their dogs as there were to many vans there. She said they are thinking about what to do with the spot, close it for vans, make it bigger etc.

Good little spot. Waterfall and river close, nice to cool down in and can have a fire and bbq by the river. Car park can be boggy on one side if it's been wet. We spent two nights here, no issues with minimal traffic passing through. Good access to mountain tracks around dunkeld. Good ee phone signal.

Apart from the rain very peaceful night. a few walks but didn't like the steep drop for my dogs.

Great place to overnight. We stayed in our vehicle and were the only ones there for the night. Very quite.

Lieu magnifique, tout près d'une jolie petite rivière, où nous avons pu nous baigner, et nous laver (avec des produits biodégradables, évidemment !) nuit paisible et réveil avec le chant des oiseaux, idyllique ! poubelles à disposition.
