Parc d'État Lucky Peak: très belle région le long de la rivière aux serpents. Beau. Le parking coûte 5 $ / jour. Le panneau indique que vous devez partir avant 22h, mais j'ai parlé avec plusieurs habitants qui ont dit que le stationnement de nuit est autorisé hors saison et les soirs de semaine en haute saison. Nous étions là-bas un jour d'août chaud, et le lac était très rafraîchissant. Il y a quelques autres sorties libres le long de Arrow Rock Rd, mais l'accès au lac est plus difficile. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est disponible à la marina et un café. Tres bien!
Lucky Peak State Park: very nice area along the snake river. Beautiful. Parking cost $5 / day. The sign says you must leave by 10pm, but I talked with several locals who said overnight parking is permitted off-season and weeknights in high season. We were there on a hot August day, and the lake was very refreshing. There are a couple other pullouts that are free along Arrow rock rd, but lake access is more difficult. There is free WiFi available at the marina, and a cafe too. Tres bien!

Das Schild sagt, dass Sie bis 22 Uhr losfahren müssen, aber ich habe mit mehreren Einheimischen gesprochen, die sagten, dass das Parken über Nacht in der Nebensaison und an Wochentagen in der Hochsaison erlaubt ist. The reservoir is actually made from the waters of the Boise river not the Snake river. The Snake river is about 50 miles south. Past the marina on Arrow Rock road is an official camp ground with a boat ramp named Macks Creek. There are also other pull outs on Arrow Rock road as it becomes Deer Creek road. The pavement ends at Arrow Rock dam. It's a great place to explore
