Emplacement super près de la plage c'est vrai que durant ma nuit beaucoup de vent mais cela ma pas déranger pour dormir pour le reste très calme et un panorama manifique surtout au levé avec min café

Un sitio fantástico para despertar con el mar como primera imagen. En el puerto hay cafetería (con café de muy buena calidad) y baños, además salen rutas de senderismo y barcos para excursiones. Recordemos no encsuciaf ni vaciar aguas grises en sitios no específicos para ello, hay que cuidar el entorno.

Arrêt pour rechercher les empreintes de dinosaures, arrêt plutôt au bout du parking pour ne pas déborder sur la route. Arrivés tôt pour pouvoir stationner. Très joli !

Spot sympa sur un parking en dur face à l'océan. Nous y avons passé une nuit. Attention, il vaut mieux arriver tôt car le parking se remplit vite ! Il y a eu énormément de vent cette nuit là !

The best free place we slept during our travelling in Scotland. Amazing views, nice for a walk on the beach and surrounding hills and quite during the night.

nous nous sommes garés pour l'après midi et la nuit tout au bout sur le parking du port agrandi pour le stationnement, après le café. café que nous recommandons il est très bon, torréfié sur place. si tu prends un café accès gratuit aux toilettes sinon 0£60 par carte, douche 1£ en pièce. super balade au milieu des moutons et des vaches. la vue est magnifique. c'est très très calme.je recommande

Posizione pazzesca e, nel nostro caso, nemmeno particolarmente ventosa durante la notte. Abbiamo visto uno dei tramonti più belli di sempre! Per i più temerari, alla fine della strada c'è una struttura con sauna (e poi bagno d'obbligo nell'oceano!).

Un sitio muy bonito y tranquilo, eso sí, cuando sopla el aire, sopla fuerte. Recordad que es la playa de las huellas de dinosaurios, yo no las llegué a encontrar, pero ahí están!

I was not able to get place in the camping close to it. So we stayed in this nice parking. It was an awesome experience, close to the beach and very quiet

Super spot avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la plage avec les empreintes de dinosaures. Petit café à 100 mètres avec toilettes (60p). Prévoyez de ne pas arriver trop tard car le parking se remplit vite. Nuit très calme sans passage.

Sehr schöner Stellplatz direkt am Wasser! Nicht zu spät kommen, da sich der Platz schnell füllt. Die Toilette sind nur während der Öffnungszeiten des Cafés offen. Einer der schönsten Plätze wo wir waren! Wir kommen wieder.

Zeer leuke en rustige plaats. Het is een doodlopende straat die eindigt aan een klein haventje waardoor er weinig verkeer is. Ga zeker eens een koffie drinken van hun ter plaatse gebrande bonen. Prachtig zicht op de zee en de kliffen. Een aanrader maar voor grote campers is het wel moeilijker om niet te asociaal te staan zonder ook te veel op de weg te staan.

Nice quite flat next to the beach and dinosaur footprint. End of the street near pier: Coffee with 3 toilets (60p) and one clean shower (1£ for 1,5minutes) when open (from 9am or a bit before if they are there yet). Not allowed to tag the location sorry. Foto’s are from that place. Limited and payed parking there (didn’t check times and money) so take a stroll from this free parking spot.

5 juillet 2026. Parking vaste relativement plat et avec une vue superbe. Nuit très calme aucun bruit et pas de moustique. Merci de respecter le stationnement en épis pour les vans afin de laisser de la place aux locaux…si non ce parking risque de devenir « nuit interdite »… le parking était plein cette nuit. Merci à Luc de nous l’avoir fait découvrir !

best spot on skye so far !! view is amazing. almost flat and a lot of space. a lot of midge of course it's higlands but so worth it !

Douche dans les toilettes à côté du bar au bout de la route. 60 centimes pour rentrer et avoir accès aux toilettes, + 1£ pour 1 minute 1/2 d'eau chaude (sans possibilité de couper l'eau). C'était propre.

Nice quiet parking spot with stunning views. Busy with cars in the day but quietens down at night. Room for plenty of motorhomes or campervans, depending how people park them. We spent the night here and slept great and could even hear the sound of the waves lapping on the beach. Reasonable 4G and phone signal. Also quiet flat too. Looks like there is also a nice walk up the hills at the back.

Toller Platz, waren eine Nacht. Mittags sehr viel los wegen dem Dino Strand, abends aber kaum Autos und sehr ruhig, durch Camper aber gut besucht. Zu den Öffnungszeiten des Cafes am Fischerhafen kann man dort gegen eine Gebühr Duschen und das WC nutzen.

Ein toller Platz für eine Nacht! Die Aussicht ist super und abends war es nach 20 Uhr ruhig. Es liefen nur noch ein paar Kühe von der Weide über die Straße :) Toller Spot und leckeren Kaffee gibt es dort auch. Die Dinospur haben wir leider nicht entdeckt.

Great views, really quiet at night and a short walk to the harbour where there are great coffees at Corran Coffee and Staffin Sauna. Good phone signal. It’s a busy car park so park tightly as possible. There are also toilets and showers available next to the cafe (toilet: 60p contactless, shower: a pound coin per 90 seconds). I think these are only open during the cafe’s opening times.

It was a good spot to spend the night, it was very quiet and no wind when we were there (I guess it depends from where it blows). The toilets and the cafe at the piers we're closed when we wanted to go (at 8:30). Toilets were mentioned as being 24/7, but the people at the café told us they were currently being cleaned.

Ein Parkplatz am Strassenrand mit viel Kommen und Gehen und Hin- und Herfahrenden, Sackgasse. Nachts total ruhig, schöne Aussicht, interessanter Strand mit Dinospuren, Kühe und Schafe kommen regelmässig vorbei. Spaziergang den Berg hinauf für schöne Aussicht lohnt! Und es hat hier sogar mal einen Mülleimer.

Wunderschöner Platz. Kaum Autos, sodass es hier nachts echt ruhig ist.

Spot vraiment parfait : superbe emplacement, vue incroyable et très pratique pour passer la nuit. Par contre, gros point négatif sur le comportement de certains voyageurs… Beaucoup se garent en long alors que le stationnement devrait clairement se faire en épis. Résultat : certains gros camping-cars prennent la place de 3 véhicules à eux seuls, sans penser aux autres.

Wir haben eine ruhige Nacht hier verbracht. Natürlich haben wir auch die Saurierspuren unten am Felsstrand entdeckt. Bei Flut werden sie teilweise wieder überspült — man steht praktisch auf einem 165 Millionen Jahre alten Strand. Eine Mülltonne ist vorhanden.

A really great spot right by the beach with absolutely stunning views! Not really suitable for anything over 7 m as you have to park obliquely in order to keep the road clear. Arrive early or late as it gets very busy during the day. Highly recommended!!

Superb spot with stunning views all round, going to sleep and waking up to the sound of waves is sublime. Great hike up over the ridge from the end of the road. Highly recommend!

Super spot pour passer la nuit ! Au calme car impasse, avec le bruit des vagues qui nous berce d’un côté et de l’autre une jolie petite montagne. Il faut arriver tôt car spot assez prisé. On s’est réveillé avec les moutons juste à côté. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter !

Bellissima spiaggia e notte tranquilla! Questo parcheggio però dovrebbe essere permesso solo ai veicoli medio piccoli. Se avete deciso di comprare un camper da 8-9 metri dovreste andare in un campeggio non qua, per colpa vostra questo posto sarà presto vietato.

Excellent place to stop, we were lucky not a breath of wind, views nice, only a few campers in Oct. Welks and Periwinkles galore on the rocks.

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Abend mit toller Meersicht verbracht. Ab 5h30 hat es dann sehr stark gewindet.

Wir haben hier eine ruhige Nacht mit Kühen und Schafen verbracht. Der Platz war recht voll belegt mit Wohnmobilen. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Flacher Parkplatz. Würden wieder herkommen.

Ein wunderschöner Platz zum übernachten und zu Fuß die Gegend zu erkunden! Man sollte früh genug vor Ort sein um den Ort auch etwas zu genießen. Es kommen vielleicht auch ein paar Kühe oder Schafe vorbei, halt Natur! Bei der Abreise dann rücksichtsvoll den Übernachtungsplatz wieder zu verlassen, die Natur wird es danken und die weiteren Übernachtungsgäste auch!

Ein wunderschöner Stellplatz direkt am Meer. Wenn man übernachten möchte, sollte man bis spätestens frühen Nachmittag anreisen (wir waren um 15 Uhr da). Tagsüber sind natürliche viele Tagesgäste vor Ort.

Vista meravigliosa, parcheggio tranquillo e silenzioso, direttamente sopra la spiaggia con le impronte di dinosauro che si può raggiungere in due minuti. Veramente perfetto. Molti altri camper e campervan ma c’è spazio.

Ruhige Nacht - sehr zu empfehlen. Es macht wirklich Spaß den Leuten zuzuschauen, wie sie Dinoabdrücke suchen. Besonders denen, die bei Flut ihr Glück versuchen :)

Nuit calme. Les camping-car et vans sont les uns sur les autres, cela est beaucoup moins appréciable. Route goudronnée mais étroite pour s'y rendre et pour en repartir. En bord de mer, petite plage appréciable.

Un très bel endroit avec une vue magnifique mais surpeuplé malheureusement, cela se transforme trop rapidement en pleine saison en aire de camping et le calme du lieu perd de son charme.... Quand il n'y a plus de place sur un spot, on en cherche un autre, sinon le charme de la van life se rompt....

Wirklich ein sehr schöner Platz mit einer tollen Aussicht. Bei Ebbe schöner Strand zum spazieren und baden. Geeignet vor allem bis 6.50m.

Super schöne Aussicht und ausreichend Platz, wenn alle Mit-Camper vernünftig parken. Platz geeignet für Camper etc. bis 6,5m, da man sonst auf die Straße übersteht oder unfair parken müsste. Wir waren gegen 17 Uhr dort und nach uns wurde es sehr schnell sehr voll, sodass auch Camper wieder fahren mussten. Zufahrt über Singletrack mit KLEINEN Passing places. Einen Mülleimer haben wir nicht gesehen!

Vue spectaculaire sur la mer du Nord. Calme. Espace pour une quinzaine de motorisés. Profitez-en pour descendre sur la plage An Corran pour répérer les empreintes fossiles de dinausores.

This is a stunning place. Dear campers, please don't park like you own the place and occupy the space for 4 cars, this is the reason why there are more and more problems for all of us! You don't drive a monster truck, there is enough space available to park straight like everyone else! Please consider!

Buen parking a pie de mar para pasar una noche tranquila. Nada de ruido y aceptablemente plano. Lamentablemente tuvimos una noche con vientos de más de 100km/h y la furgoneta se movía demasiado para poder descansar.

Nice stop and amazing Sun Rise but be prepared lots of Hire cars coming and going all Day 3 point turns until late we arrived early morning after the Ferry over from Hebrides some campers were leaving.

We stayed here night 11th June 2025. lovely spot, quiet and room for quite a few campers. No toilets or wash facilities, so bear in mind, we were off grid in the van so didn't matter. great for peaceful views, chilling out and looking for dinosaur prints at low tide!

Nicht viel Platz, weil auch die Tagesbesucher parken wollen. Enge Zufahrt. Wir sind hierher vom Campingplatz spaziert, würden hier nur im Notfall übernachten.

Superbe vue. Ne pas arriver trop tard mais on a pu parquer notre camping-car de 7m. A côté pour le départ de la ballade des quiraing le lendemain.

This is possibly the best spot on the island - so much so we stayed here twice during our tour of Skye. The beach is north facing with a huge rock face behind it in the north so it can offer great protection from southerly storms or you can face directly into a northern one! It was clear and still when we stayed and was simply lovely - searching for dinosaur footprints in the rocks on the beach and watching the sheep walk back and forth on the road. Only downside is other campers parking lengthways and hogging space, otherwise you could get around 15 vans along this stretch.

Hele mooie plaats om te slapen, heel wat mensen komen nog kijken naar de dino voetstappen. Probeer je hoffelijk te parkeren zodat andere ook nog plaats hebben. Snachts kunnen de golven veel lawaai maken, maar dat stoorde ons niet

Fantastic view over bay to Staffin Island. Very peaceful. Lots of room for all sizes of vehicle. No height or width restrictions. Easy access to beach for swimming / relaxing. Large area to turn vehicles around at bottom of road in harbour area. Good phone signal. Would recommend.

We stayed here for 1 night following climbing the old man of storr as it's only 15 minutes down the road. Beautiful place to stop, at low tide you can see the dinosaur foot prints.. No bins so please take your rubbish with you, good mobile signal, no drone flying allowed either.

Toller Platz,um die Dinosaurier-Fußabdrücke zu besichtigen, sicher auch um hier zu übernachten (wenn der Rummel vorbei ist). Bei viel Verkehr kann es schwierig sein, von der A855 über die Single Track Road zum Parkplatz zu gelangen. Das Ganze ist aber sehr lohnenswert. Zum Sichten der Dino-Spuren sollte mindestens mid-tide sein.

Platz direkt am Meer. Es ist Platz für einige Camper, es sind aber auch im März schon einige dort gestanden. Also ein beliebter Platz. Am Morgen konnten wir sogar Seehunde beobachten. Allerdings etwas unpraktisch sollte man keine eigene Toilette dabei haben

Fabulous spot. Fairly leveled, empty in the winter. Beautiful beach down there, almost no traffic. Gravel park on the side of the road, no signs indicating that is forbidden for overnight parking.

We stayed here back in October, fab little spot. Small beach where you can look for the dinosaur footprints and if you’re lucky, you’ll spot some seals in the harbour. There are also a few walks further near the harbour that look good but we didn’t do them. Get there early though as it was pretty full when we arrived at 3pm.

Get here early before sunset, this is probably THE BEST place to park in all isle! Everyone gets an ocean view, flat parking, borealis views, good signal. It’s popular. Had to ask RV about running generator, it annoyed everyone. Mostly vans, very full. Single track road to get here, cliffside so be careful! Park reversed so a leave easy. Turn around spot. Trash cans. Tucked away Great spot!

Endroit magnifique en bord de mer et contient plusieurs stationnement. Un centre communautaire est à proximité d'un distance en voiture pour avoir accès à des toilettes ou manger un bon déjeuner au Hungry Gull.

Fantastique. Très beau, très calme. Il y a de la place. Bon on était pas tout seul, 8 vans un mardi fin octobre mais on était à l’aise. Plage et vue incroyables! Aucun service.

Scenic overnight spot on the beach, & quiet as is a dead end road. Obviously ocean noise & can be windy. Plenty of space though & can turn motorhome easily a little further along at the wharf.

Super schöner Platz, direkt am Wasser. Der Stand ist einen Spaziergang wert. In alle Richtungen gibt es einen schönen Blick zu sehen.

Great spot! Beautiful views and plenty of space. No facilities here and Locals are getting tired of folk leaving rubbish and waste here so please don’t use this spot of you don’t have a toilet on board and can’t take your rubbish away with you. Otherwise we’ll likely lose this like so many other places. One of the few places left in this area to park overnight for free.

Super emplacement au bord de l'eau, on ne peut pas être plus proche ! La route pour y aller n'est pas abîmée. Il peut accueillir plusieurs véhicules. Cette nuit il y a 8 van / camping car. Nous avons eu beaucoup de vent, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé.

Great spot, enjoyed the night with the sound of the sea in the background. 4g but no trashcan. Beach place is amazing, with beautiful weather many locals hanging around. Dogs allowed free on the beach.

Incredible sunrise, even better night sky. Even though you’ll be sharing this spot (there were about 10 vehicles in our case) it is absolutely brilliant.

Verbrachten hier eine ruhige Nacht. Wir standen eben mit Blick aufs Meer. Wunderschöner morgen! Wir kamen gegen 18h, es fuhren viele Autos Grade weg, sodass Platz war. Bitte stellt euch NICHT QUER über den ganzen Platz wenn es von der Läge passt!!. Es kommen noch andere zum Übernachten oder Besucher.

Great parking spot for the night, lots of parking spaces, even for larger motorhomes. It was very windy and loud though, we had to sleep with earplugs. ;)

Park here free while you can, it will be restricted soon enough. We tried to stay the night at the bottom but it was so windy we had to move up the hill beside the other MHs. It’s sloping but it’s is free.

Stehen hier mit 4 anderen Campern. Links das Meer, rechts die Schafe. Mehr hört man nicht. Ansonsten: Parkplatz halt, ohne jegliche Infrastruktur.

Parking tranquilo para dormir y con vistas muy bonitas. Es una playa que tiene muchos visitantes, por lo que encontrarás sitio cuando se vayan (19:00pm aproximadamente). No hay nada, ni punto de agua ni basura.

En WE le parking se remplit de voitures à partir de 13H30, elles repartent vers 21H. Nous avons passé une nuit tranquille, pas de bruit hormis celui des vagues. Au bout là où passent les vaches, départ d'une petite randonnée de 4,8 km qui passe par le haut de la colline. La 2ème moitié n'est pas fléchée, pas de panique: c'est la route par laquelle on arrive au spot.

Layby parking overlooking coast, along a quiet narrow road that leads to a cul-de-sac private harbour (you can turn at the end but not park). 1 mile walk to the small shop in Staffin village. No services. Great coastal views. Dinosaur prints at mid-low tide, (maybe 2?, but a bit vague). Parking is a bit tight, parked diagonal. Very busy during the day. Stayed 2 nights with 10-12 vans.

stayed here last night on the very end. absolutely beautiful. livestock grazing but they didn't bother. it was windy but in all a lovely nights sleep in the car. stunning view when we woke up.

Nous y avons passés 2 nuits très au calme. Aucun passage la nuit. Aucune interdiction pour la nuit. Parking officiel pour aller voir les traces des dinosaures à marée basse. Paraît il qu’il y en aurait 17. Nous en avons vu qu’une (peut-être)

Parking sympa, à niveau, le dernier d’une série de spots (non répertoriés ici) où il n’y avait plus de place. Heureusement ce parking offre pas mal de places et nous en avons eu une en mai, à 21h. Très calme, juste des vans et camping cars.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und hatten einen sehr schönen Platz für unser Wohnmobil. Die sanitären Anlagen sind etwas einfach, aber sehr sauber. Ein Spaziergang zum Meer lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Great place to stop for the night and to try to find the dinosaur footprints. Plenty of space in April but busy with beach visitors during day. Not completely level but ok even without ramps. Was warned by locals to avoid the southern end as erosion by sea has made it unsafe. On the favourites for next time.

Car park open and easy to get to on any size vehicle. No prohibition signs for staying over night but we just parked for a few hours to explore the beach. No services.

A beautiful spot beside the beach in an area of Skye where there are not many parkup options- this means it can get busy with other campers. It is also the car park for the beach so best for a later evening arrival/early morning.

Stunning location, plenty of space, no facilities but good service and stunning view. Would highly recommend, quiet single track road right next to the beach. Other campers too so felt safe.

Our van is 6.3m and this park up is definitely not suitable for anything bigger! Longer vehicles were parked but side on so taking up lots of room meaning other visitors in cars / vans couldn’t get parked. Single track road leading to a dead end, giving little room for turning round…… very peaceful night listening to the sea!

Great park up spot, we spotted seals and otters here! Really quiet at night, and soothing waves can be heard. No toilet facilities nearby though.

Stayed another cracking night here. Check the wind forecast and double it as it can throw you round quite a bit depending on direction and a few vans chickens out and left during the late evening

Ein schöner Platz zum stehen, leider sind doch viele Egoisten unterwegs. Bitte nicht quer parkieren, andere Leute wollen auch eine Nacht hier verbringen.

Lässt sich mittlerweile wieder gut anfahren, Platz für ca 8-10 Vans, sehr ruhig, bis auf das Meersrauschen, relativ eben. gut frequentiert.

Precioso lugar para pasar la noche, no tienes ninguna comodidad pero las vistas son increíbles. Muy tranquilo el sitio

It's the only place to park in the area. Staying there for more than a late arrival and early departure seems very inconsiderate if there's more than 1 or 2 motorhomes.

Tot 20u waren er veel auto-toeristen. Nadien was het heel rustig. Prachtig zicht! Vanaf ongeveer 9u opnieuw veel auto-toeristen maar 's nachts en 's avonds was het heerlijk. Plaats voor zeker 10 campers maar als je vroeg komt, staan de auto's er nog. Heel leuk met kinderen die de hele tijd om de stenen visjes hebben gevangen.

Bel emplacement très vite occupé. Nous sommes arrivés un peu avant 18h et seule une place était disponible. Après quelques minutes une voiture est partie de sa place et nous avons pu nous installer face à l'océan. Pas trouvé la poubelle donc nous emportons nos déchets. Calme mais pas mal de vent avec une tente de toit. Réseau EE et Vodafone OK

Nous n'y avons pas dormi mais nous y sommes arrêtés pour le repas de midi avec la chance d'arriver à marée basse (pour voir l'empreinte de dinosaure). Belle vue.

Fabulous site for the day and overnight!!!! Amazing views from the car park which fits about ten camper/motorhomes. Arrived by 6pm and managed to get a spot. Still a few day trippers at that time so more spaces became available and by the time we went to sleep, every bay was full! Great view, beautiful beach and very quiet at night. Very busy the next morning as expected.

Wir haben hier spontan einen Platz mit wunderbarem Ausblick bekommen und es waren noch weitere Plätze frei. Am Morgen kam jemand vorbei und hat gebeten, dass man sich quer und nicht längs zu Straße stellen möge. Es gibt keine Toiletten in der Nähe, daher nur für autarke Camper.

Fantastic spot for spend a lovely night and a great sun set! Road is ok and everybody shall respect the size of the spaces in way allow passaage for the others, speacilly those who use the road to go work - on boat! Best place in Isle of Skye as a Park Spot, for me. No services.

Just because you didn’t get a spot doesn’t mean you should rate this place 2 stars, that’s not how P4N works! Beautiful carpark, overlooking the sea and beach. Does get busy so be sure to get here early (before 15:00). Good swimming and great beach for dogs. 4G is okay at around 10-20mbps (Vodafone).

really busy we could not park in afternoon or night. We were going to park at jetty car park instead for night with another camper there .But kindly advised by a local the council are really strict. In may half term with campsites full too... several campers took the risk and each were fined £100 each during the night.

Excellent overnight parking for multiple campers and motorhomes facing the sea. lovely evening walk with little dogs to a small pier area. we have an 8m motorhome and no issues for accessing this spot.

Sehr toller Platz, wir haben hier eine ruhige Nacht neben einigen anderen Campern verbracht. Bei Meeresrauschen eingeschlafen und wieder aufgewacht und einen tollen Sonnenuntergang beobachtet!

Sitio fantástico donde pasar 2 noches. Vienen bastantes campers el fin de semana, pero parece haber sitio para todos. Ideal para ver las huellas de los dinosaurios cuando la marea baja. Hay mucha diferencia entre marea baja y alta.

Haben dort eine ruhige Nacht verbracht. Platz nicht ganz eben aber auf Kies. Anfahrt mit größerem Wohnmobil kein Problem.

Great little park up. Spent a peaceful night here next to the sea. Room for several campers. There were 4 others parked up when we got here about 8:30pm.

Nice place for an overnight stop, with a beautiful sunset. There were 3 other campers here when we arrived and the place was peaceful, right by the beach. Perfect for searching for the dinasour footprints in the morning!

Perfect spot. The roadworks are complete, so it’s an easy drive in. There is level space for 12 cans of varying size. You’re right on the water, and up 5m so no risk of flooding. And there are 24hr public toilets available in Staffin just a few minutes drive away.

Flat tarmac, seems brand new, flat and great views. Very quiet through the night and morning. Harbour had a vehicle and boat so couldn’t really work out where to position ourselves down there.

This is the best spot on our Scotland trip so far. Great location and right next to the sea. Fisherman from the nearby fishery left by 6pm then very quiet. Only one other van, plenty of space.

Got there about 5pm and shared it with 3 other vans. Good turning area by the pier at the end of the road. Beautiful park up. Don’t forget to find the dinosaur prints!

Amazing spot to spend the night overlooking the sea - road works are now all completed and there’s space for around 8 vans on the free beachside parking. We swam morning and evening, and found the fossilised dinosaur footprints on the low morning tide. Weather comes in quickly so be prepared to batten down the hatches! No facilities at all, so please take all rubbish with you.

Brilliant spot. Plenty of spaces and few wind but not too many midges. We've been able to have a nice walk after dinner and enjoy a lovely sunset. We slept very well there so will definitely recommend.

Amazing spot where you can listen to the waves all night. Great little beach you can access from here easily. Little-to-no road noise, especially overnight. Good cellphone coverage. No toilets or rubbish bins nearby.

Une vue magnifique au milieu de la nature. Un parking plat. Très calme la nuit. Assez rapidement plein. Attention l'endroit est très peu abrité du vent. Nous avons du en partir au milieu de la nuit à cause de vents violents. Allez y en ayant vérifié s'il n'y a pas de météo tempétueuse !

beautiful place at the northern point of Skye. falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea is really good. parking area is large. along the road are st least 3 good sized locations for i think about 3 motorhomes each. good 4g connection.

We stayed here for one night, no issues with Road works I think these have now been completed. A 2 minute walk to see the dinasour prints, my partner went for a swim in the sea and as we sat having a bbq we spotted some seals! Brilliant place to stay, very peaceful and stunning views.

Arrived very late and night (after a late ferry from Harris). Seemed fine but had Gale force winds which led to a fairly sleepless night. Nice spot, just not when it’s windy.

Great nights stay in October 2021! Lots of other vans there too. There were some decent sized motor homes too so I think any size could get down. There’s a nice little beach when the tide is out that my dog loved!

Perfect nights stay. room for a good number of vans and it's so quiet at night except for the sound of the sea. no facilities. I went for a lovely dip in the water in the morning as well.

Great reasonably level spot with fantastic views and access to beach. 4g on EE fine…typing this from there now! Although access road is tight, there is plenty of rooms for large motor homes (ours is 7.5m plus bike rack). Highly recommend if not looking for any services.

Lovely stopover. Easily accessible and to find. We got eaten ALIVE by midges! We had all the gear but had to spend 2 hours inside the van.However, gorgeous breathtaking views, lovely little beach to explore and find dinosaur footprints. No services, few cars passing in the morning due to working harbour. We watched sunrise at630 before exploring the little beach and paddleboarding.Leave no trace.

Busy through the day with people going to the beach/rocks, nice and quiet at night,had a good nights sleep and nice view for breakfast,would recommend

Nice little spot. Busy during the day with cars. Anything over 7m is going to struggle here. The harbour is busy with fishermen parked and there is a definite strong smell of fishing harbour down there. This spot is much better.

A little more sheltered than the harbour car park at the end of the road, this is a very picturesque overnight stop. Plenty of space and facing east you get the sunrise! Go and find the dinosaur footprints on the beach! There is an hour long walk signposted just before the harbour car park as well. In the shade in the evening but the beach keeps the sun for much longer :-)

Great spot, amazing views. No signs saying no overnight parking. Quite a few other vans parked here and further down in main parking area so probably need to arrive early to get a space.

Camped by beach. Quite spot. Few tents. Beautiful stream going into river. Just round the corner from slipway.

Accès pas difficile même avec notre camping-car, par contre nous avons eu une nuit remuante à cause du vent et d'une mer assez agitée, et très isolé en novembre. Sinon superbe endroit.

Endroit superbe, vue incroyable sur la mer. Pas mal de passage de van même à cette période mais lieu très calme donc pas gênant. Couverture réseau aléatoire. Encore une fois, merci de ramasser vos déchets il y en avait encore plein par terre...
